I've been a NAPA customer since the 1970s. The reason is because of
Friendly and knowledgeable counter associates and savings using their brand name products, which I feel are equal to or better than OEM.
As an AAA member, you can save, and there is always an online savings as well as special offers that NAPA offers.
So for anything from work gloves to major mechanical parts, you can shop at NAPA with confidence.

Ordered online for same day delivery. Didn't come. Call the next day, guy on the phone tells me it wasn't a delivery order. My e-mail'd receipt says otherwise. Guy offers me no solution, just cancels my order instead. Customer service here is a joke.Just going to go to one of the many other auto parts stores in the area from now on.

Dealing with all the people at Napa West Hartford is a joke. From the store manager to counter help. Not one person at Napa knows how to take care of their customers. Lets GOUGE everyone that walks threw the door to makeup for all the money the store is losing due to their unprofessional manners towards customers.
