I don’t usually review nail salons because they tend to offer services of similar quality but I’m making an exception for this place. It’s hands down the best pedicure I’ve gotten in the greater Hartford area.
The cleanliness and amazing music/ cute setup aside, what really drew my attention was the level of care with which my pedicure was performed. He paid thorough attention to my heel along with my cuticles and all the products used were incredibly moisturizing and smelled heavenly.
It’s an amazing hidden little gem that I highly recommend you guys check out if you’re looking for a relaxing pedicure that will rejuvenate your feet. The service honestly is beyond a steal for the price.
Cleanliness: The entire place is spotless. The towels were fresh and the tools were well maintained. The products used were also incredible.

Customer service was extremely unprofessional. They were willing to serve me if Iwanted a full service. When I mentioned just a polish change they suddenly were fully booked.

A previous post referenced this place as a hidden gem… I second it! Immaculately clean, charming (Lace curtains separate each station), most up to date equipment, attention to detail can be found everywhere u look. My pedicure experience was 5* great massage, not rushed, very meticulous, well skilled, friendly and perfect music to accompany the most relaxing experience having a pedi. Wow so thrilled I happened upon The Nail Gallery. Right next to Whole Foods.More than reasonable prices. Great value. Do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate?

What a gem!! Walked in to get a spontaneous pedicure after a hike and had a great experience!! Kathy did my pedicure and she was amazing! I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back ;)

I’ve gotten a few manicures and pedicures here and have had great experiences every time. It was relaxing and quiet and they are very precise and careful with polish. Would recommend!Services: Pedicure

This was the most pleasant nail experience that my daughter has ever had. My daughter and her friends went when it was really busy and late in the day, and they called someone in to fit them all in. let's not even talk about how before they went their nails were not great but after this... They could be hand models. 100% would use this place over any other!!!

I went here for the first time for a pedicure on a Tuesday around 2:30. It was decent but nothing great... and most likely due to the technician I had. She was younger and just seemed to not want to be here. Pros: gentleman who took the appointment was very friendly. Plenty of parking, inside is bright and clean, pedicure chair was comfortable. Cons: limited colors for a pedicure, I struggled to find a light pink. No prices posted or "menu" of pedicures so it seems like they have just one and it was $35. She wasn't very thorough and I found it odd she was scrubbing callouses after only being in the water for 10 seconds so it kind of hurt. Overall wouldn't come back.

This salon has a calm and friendly atmosphere. The manicures snd pedicures are a great way to relax and will look beautiful. Highly recommended over other salons I have tried in the area.

My first "regular" pedicure at Nail Gallery was great. The technician took her time and the polish lasted for quite a long time. But the second time, the same tech skipped several steps (couldn't tell me why, but I don't know if it was because of language issues or just didn't want to explain) and ran through the routine quickly. The polish not as well done as the first time. I won't be going back.

This place is AMAZING!!! I came here last Friday for a regular mani and pedi in preparation for my wedding the following day at the Delamar and I'm so happy I chose this nail salon! They did SUCH an amazing job and over 8 days later my mani and pedi are both still completely intact - just so amazing and unprecedented! Great service and I would definitely return!!
