Soft brushless was a good wash.
Vacuum need dollar coins.
Should have machines that offer towels to dry car fully and packaged towels to clean wheels or inside dash.

First time here me and Mrs always use Mr sparkle it's our go-to car wash we've been trying to find one that has a place where she can bring her car because she has nice rims on it and doesn't want to mess them up with the bars that your car guides on well let me tell you this place has the guards the only one that has the guards so if you have a great rims that you do not want to mess up I recommend that you go to this Mr sparkle the gentleman that runs it Mr Corey runs an excellent operation my car came out clean not extra soap and Dry!!!!

Horrible experience paid $16 for a wash and dry, one it is way to expensive for the basic. And it didn’t clean the dirt or bird poop off the car. I want a refund for this poor job. What a rip off.

Paid for the $24 top wash about 20 minutes ago and my car came out just basically just as dirty as it went in. Pictures are just from one door, but I took my drying towel and could easily rub these off myself. The entire car was like this door. It seems "touchless" car washes only work on newly dirty cars because this didn't do anything. Complete waste of money.

Stay away easy to sign up, but they want to make it a process to cancel. I had to call my credit card to cancel, would never go back.

Every time we've been to Mr Sparkle in West Hartford we're greeted by a super friendly & helpful guy. His name is Corey. Honestly, in addition to being happy about our clean cars, his kindness just made my day! Go over there and the whole experience will put a smile on your face!

I have never in my life had a worse car wash. When I went to go clean all the spots that didn't actually get addressed the towel came away black.You can say I was naive thinking dried bird droppings would be handled (I disagree), but there is absolutely no excuse for not actually cleaning smooth flat panels. What a waste of money, I'm considering asking my credit card to reverse the changes.Update - Customer service reached out and offered a refund which I accepted and have received. I would still not recommend their service, but I appreciate the follow up. As a result I've updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

This car wash is the absolute best car wash in Connecticut! The reason being is the manager, Corey, who is the most professional, hard-working and kind man I have ever met in the service industry! He is very attentive, always ensures the car wash is working properly, and is super friendly to boot! Corey deserves a promotion! Thank you, Corey!
