Loved this place! We got pappardelle cut fresh + some of their bolognese sauce. It was really delicious, some of the best fresh pasta I’ve had. The tiramisu was excellent also! We will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: vegetarian, gluten free options

After shopping in the center, saw this shop and popped in spontaneously to grab a vegetarian-friendly dish to go with dinner. Got a pound of cheese ravioli. Truly the best ravioli I’ve ever had. The. Best. Ever.Vegetarian options: Three fresh pasta sauces, one with meat and two vegetarian. Plus pesto. Fresh pastas and cheese raviolis.

Absolutely authentic and world class product. The pasta is perfect and the sauces were sublime. If you want to have the same pasta you had on your last trip to Italy, this will meet your expectations. Don’t waste your money with grocery store products, can’t believe we have this quality of product in West Hartford.

My first pasta purchase was lemon ravioli. Served it with grilled shrimp and it was fabulous. Since then, I find myself just stopping by and enjoying so many new, great meals. Great addition to West Hartford!

Highly recommend stopping in here for fresh, homemade pasta and sauces. The owners are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. I've had different types of fresh pasta, their sauces, and have ordered catering for my birthday. Everything is excellent and would say it's the best pasta I've had. A lot of other authentic and imported Italian ingredients for your meal.

Let start with how down to earth the owner is! Ana is an absolute sweetheart who takes passion in creating healthy delicious fresh pasta.We had the pappardelle with her homemade bolognese sauce, then panettone tiramisu for dessert.The pasta boiled in 3 min and was like restaurant quality at home!I’m stopping in again this weekend for the ravioli.Once you try this pasta, pre packaged pasta will never suffice again!Go see Ana and try this delicious homemade pasta ? don’t sleep on this one!

Went to more pasta lab for the first time this weekend. The owner was so friendly and kind. We got the porcini mushroom ravioli and sage butter. The best pasta I have ever had in my life. You will not be disappointed! We will be going back whenever we can

We own our own small pasta shop in Massachusetts. So when we travel and see places like this, we have to check them out. And I'm glad we did! They manufacture fresh pasta daily. You buy it there and take it home and cook it for your family! They will love you for it. We enjoyed the lemon, ricotta, ravioli, (they call it Cappellacci) and the casarecce (gemelli in our shop), tomato, basil sauce, and imported lemon, flavored olive oil. The lemon ravioli was delicious with a butter sauce and a little of the lemon olive oil. However, my favorite was their tomato and basil sauce with the.casarecce (and extruded pasta, about 2 1/2 inches long with a twist). Our favorite part of the visit was meeting the owners excellent great people and a great product. West Hartford is lucky to have this place. While, small pasta shops like this are fairly common in other countries, it's a real treat to find one here.

Great pasta, fresh sheets cut anyway you like. The raviolis are out of this world delicious, and the sauses come in Ball jars, fresh off the stove, still hot ! Dripping good.

So glad they opened in West Hartford. They make the very best fresh pasta in the area. Their pasta is so good and fresh you’d think you were in Italy. Their raviolis are delicious too. Maybe a little hard to find in the cluster of shops on LaSalle but definitely worth the effort.

Went to the store this morning and bought some papardelle with puttanesca sauce and cooked them for lunch. It’s all finger licking good ?. Highly recommended store and owners are very friendly.
