“I was getting a gift for my father for Father's Day, when I happened to come by this store. I saw their advertisements online and needed new shirts so I decided to try them. Christina greeted my mom and I when we walked in. She helped me look through different sizes to find the perfect fit and different materials to see which one I liked best. She showed me all the colors they had in my size, and ordered the ones I wanted for me. Christina was polite, funny and relatable and, to be honest, the most helpful sales associate I've ever met. I hope that anybody else shopping at this store gets to meet her!”

“I LOVE Saks OFF 5TH!! There are so many wonderful finds here at amazing discounts. The store is beautiful, well organized and very well merchandised. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the variety of merchandise is all top notch. They sell effee jewelry which I have previously purchased in the Caribbean at twice the price I have found the identical item for at Saks OFF 5TH. Needless to say, I do not buy my jewelry in the Caribbean anymore where you are "Supposed to get the best deals." I highly recommend Saks OFF 5TH to all of my friends for high end merchandise at a really discounted price. You will NOT be disappointed when shopping here!!”

“I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Jos A. Bank. I had purchased a suit from another company which unfortunately I could not fit and it could not be tailored. I just happened to walk through Jos A. Bank and was greeted by their team. They were able to find and order a similar suit with breathable material, for a fraction of the price that I paid. It was ordered that same day, tried it on the following week, tailored three days later, and I was out the door with it. It was fantastic for my wedding, breathable, and looking stunning in photos!

Unfortunately, I did have to get my tie, white button up shirt, and socks from another company. However, they do have options in store that may work for others!”

“My husband and I stopped in while our running errands this past long weekend and we were so pleasantly surprised by our experience. Not only was the store clean and organized, but we were able to find so many great items for both my husband and our 3 year old son. I was elated to find several matching shirts for them to wear over the summer, which I look forward to seeing them in together. Prices were great and having the teacher discount on top of it was excellent. When we went up to the register, the young lady behind the counter (Lauren A) was patient as we troubleshooted which email my J.Crew account was linked to. We ended up sharing some small talk about my husband and I being educators and she was very sweet in engaging about our jobs, summer break, and which grade levels we worked with. She was so positive and genuinely happy/helpful. This wasn't exclusive just to us either. We overheard similar interactions with her and other customers in line before we approached. She was just a kind person, who seemed dedicated to her job. We will definitely return!”

Despite this, I was able to obtain my measurements and locate the item I was seeking. The pricing appeared to be high, but I am satisfied with my purchase. The item will undergo custom tailoring, and I anticipate retrieving it in approximately two weeks.”

“Easily my favorite store for kids clothes. Most kids clothes are very slim and don’t fit my babies. However, CottonOn clothes, especially the baby clothes, are perfectly loose and fit so comfortably. They have fleece lined leggings that are perfect for the winter. Also, when they say the sizing is 6-12 months it truly does fit that long. It’s amazing. The employees were so helpful in finding the pieces I needed.”

“After reading all the one star reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting vineyard vines at the west farms mall but let me tell u my experience was 5 star from the moment I walked in... I was greeted by Marco immediately and he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even thou they were busy & soon after the store manager Julie came by to make sure I found everything I needed not only did Marco & Julie help me find everything I needed they also gave me there opinion on certain colors they liked or clashed I was impressed they cared sooooo much if u read older reviews trust me the store is totally revamped with a super positive atmosphere & I recommend anyone who visited before and wasn't happy to give vineyard vines another try & I promise you'll be super satisfied...
