I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for 8 am. Upon arrival the owner told me I would have to wait 3 hours. I asked why he booked me an appointment if he didn't have room and he smirked at me and said he could take me tomorrow at the same time. I called a little later to let him know I was going to cancel it and he said "I don't make money off oil changes anyway." As I tried to continue talking he hung up on me. Do not go here

Awful….. when your future mechanic starts with Price before diagnosis - that’s called Malpractice.Yes car needed a lot to be done and the younger “JOHN” …( they all call them selves John) was pleasant when I first visited and gave me the certainty and confidence that he was going to “look after me”!Next day car dropped off and enter the second elder “John” I think the second older John interpreted that as we will maximize what we can extract from you.It gets even better, I am a busy hustler so I called and requested I want to pass by later and pay by card after diagnosis was done,Younger pleasant John said no worries, you can even just call and I will take payment over the phone as long as you call before 4pm.3.45pm I called 6 times and phone was not answered. Case closed. Try tomorrow.Next day, 12 pm I call to make payment over the phone as suggested by younger John,However younger John tells me card processing Machine is down, we can’t take payments over the phone….??I am unable to drive to Garage before 4pm closing time so I request to come and sort it out in person early morning.8.30am voice note from big John..” Hey Phill, your bill is now $550 plus tax. It’s gone up $50 because you didn’t pick car up!!!!Please remember, they couldn’t take payment over the phone that’s why I hadn’t sent for pickup.Okay I was a little “Amused” and quite surprised,. I cut short all sales meetings to go and meet busy money hungry no customer care focus John about $50 extra charge!I was ready for a real verbal assault and thank God I was also dangerously calm.Long story short, he didnt charge the $50, I paid in person and got car partially repaired back.Ps: I needed this car for business yes and therefore had budgeted for all works however John gave me another option out of principle .I will not support “BAD CLIENT EXPERIENCE” businesses regardless.And yes I am towing it to another auto repair shop and yes it might cost me a-little more but I will pay.

Unfortunately, my alternator was kaput. My serpentine belt was shot. They replaced both promptly. The staff were courteous. No mansplaining! The cost was lower than other local shops' estimates. I highly recommend this Meineke!

Brought my car to meineke to have him fix the air conditioner and they broke the wire to open the hood. It worked before I brought it there and they must have pulled it too hard and now I can't open the hood and they won't repair it.

John, the co-owner was wonderful. He explained what was going on with my car without being condescending and fixed it for the price he quoted. You can't ask for much more than that from a car repair shop.
