What a joke! There is no rhyme or reason to the organization here. I couldn't find anything. It was a mess with no help to be found. How aboutt dressy clothes over there, fitness over there, I left. It was a bad shopping experience for me. Very unempressed.

Needed to do a return. I was told it will take several hours to complete because the person infront of me was doing a custom order.

So disappointed that they had only 2 fitting rooms open on a Saturday with prom and wedding season coming.Had to wait in line for hours and the prom dress selection was very poor.

Disgusting! From the main floor to the bathrooms. I know they are going through changes, but I actually felt dirty leaving the store. To start, the bathrooms smelled and the floor was dirty. The sink was coated with dirt and no paper towels. The main floor, the carpets were dirty and stained. The tile floor was dirty and thick dust on displays. If you are going to close down, close down with dignity. I have been a loyal Macy shopper for 30 years. Today's experience is making rethink my loyalty.

Excellent mall! Best in Connecticut! Great variety of shops, including Nordstrom, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, Brooks Brothers, J. Crew, Tory Burch, and Godiva! And don't forget the Apple store! Even though I don't live in the area, I appreciate coming to this clean, well-maintained, upscale mall. Love the centrally-located Starbucks with comfortable seating to refuel for more shopping time! Highly recommend this property for all your shopping needs! Forget about Westfield Meriden, it's awful, just come here! You will not be disappointed!

Had repeated problems applying Star Money to an online order this week. No way to get help with the order via phone, email or chat. Placed the order anyway trusting that my platinum status would result in resolution of the problem after finally getting through to customer service. Couldn't get through on various phone prompts when stating the nature of the call was a problem with an order. Interestingly, when I called tonight for the fourth time and stated the nature of the call was to place an order, I got through to a person relatively quickly. The first worker was rude and dismissive making no attempt to understand or solve the problem. This is typical of Macy's customer service. However, unlike past experiences with Macy's, when I asked to speak to someone who could actually help resolve the problem, it got worse. I got another person, who actually sounded like the same person returning completely annoyed and frustrated, and he was even more dismissive and rude and basically refused to solve the problem. Shameful way to treat loyal customers helping keep the company in business.

Was in the woman's Alfani dept. Woman at register with no customers in sight. I asked a question about a particular style. I don't know, was the answer I received. Still no customers around still just standing there. With so many retail stores closing you'd think they wanted job security. Guess not. Thank you. 2/29/2020. @ 12:30

West Farms is a great property with great tenants and parking. It is clean and safe and I have never had an issue going there or working at Apple. One trend that is disturbing is the kiosks (some not all) in the main corridor of the mall act like carnival barkers and low-class flea markets. Upscale folks do not decide to buy photos, fix their phones, buy sunglasses, take beauty treatments, sign up for Infinity/Comcast based on a survey or intercept by an aggressive salesperson or beautiful woman. it is so annoying. I honestly can't remember what happened to me a few days ago as I was having a low blood sugar moment. I just remember being very uncomfortable. Still a wonderful mall after all these years. The Mall tried to kill WEHA Center in the 60's. Recently, Taubman got caught allegedly financing or influencing residents to oppose Blue Back Square. lol The mall has Nordstroms and Apple, period. It is great. Blueback has Crate & Barrell. LaSalle (WEHA Centre) has owner-managed local shops. We are very lucky in Central Connecticut to have great places to work, shop & eat. Buy local !!

I went here recently to see if I i could get a particular perfume sample for a friend. Nordstrom has been such a disappointment the past couple of years that I didn't want to go there. To my surprise, the Lancôme employee gave me a sample with a smile. Such a great experience that I will now shop for cosmetics at Macy's instead of Nordstrom Thank you for having great friendly and kind employees

Though this mall is quite a ways away from our house, it's almost always worth the trek. It's got the important anchors stores like Nordstrom's, Macy's (they've even got a separate men's and house wing), etc., a bunch of nice boutiques like Louis Vuitton and Tory Burch, as well as the tried-and-true go-tos like Ann Taylor, LOFT, and lululemon. The one surprise I had a few weeks ago was that there was no Abercrombie & Fitch here, though the kids' abercrombie exists, so if you have an A&F return or exchange, you'll hafta shlep to Providence Place Mall. All in all, it's a big mall with all the basics and then some (including a random Peleton platform in the middle?!), which makes for a nice one-trip shopping stop. Especially if you've got little ones in tow to see Santa or check out the Disney store. However, the one downside is the fact that there's no real food court. Sure, you've got the attached restaurants like P.F. Chang's and CPK, and the fast "sit downs" like Dunkin and ABP, but if you want a place to lounge around, graze, and people watch for a while, you're outta luck. Despite this small quirk, I am very happy that we've got this mall, and I'd gladly make the trip for some decent shopping. Woo hoo!

We were down the road in Manchester and had pretty much shopped the area. Checking Yelp for other malls we saw Westfams. When they have 3 different main entrances you know the mall is huge. Lot of nice stores and the mall itself was very clean and quiet. I liked that they had chairs pretty much everywhere to sit and plan our next shopping experience.

Very small mall . We walked the mall and saw the shops in one hour. Great for killing time and easy to get to from Hartford convention area.

Huge mall with some stores that are hard to find, like the Disney store or the up and coming Untuckit. I'm pretty happy with the selection that I find when I go there. There's plenty of restaurants and it's close to Corbin's Corner and West Hartford Center for more shopping.

This is definitely one of my favorite malls ever since the Westfield Mall in Meriden started lacking in shops. There are a bunch of common named brand stores here like Hollister Co., Loft, North Face, Lush, Apple, etc. Definitely check the rest of their shops out on their website. Walking around the area and window shopping is always a fun feat when it's a dreary day out! Everything is usually looking pretty clean and polished. The bathrooms seem to be cleaned regularly and the trash cans aren't overflowing with garbage. Security staff in most areas. Parking is fine, nothing really to complain about. Overall, not a bad place to spend a few hours!
