We came in looking for a wedding gift for myself as the groom. I always wanted a nice watch. We dealt with Linda who walked us through all of the offerings in the store, ultimately settling on a model. I had not given much lead time ahead of the wedding and no promises were made. However, within about a month and a half’s time, my exact request was met and delivered to the store. Again, Linda was fantastic, accommodating our schedule for pick up, walking us through set up & fitting. The personal communication was fantastic throughout the whole process and made it feel as though the whole staff was working with us to get our desired outcome. We can’t thank the West Hartford Lux Bond & Green team enough, especially Linda, and will be surely stopping by for any future jewelry purchases.
