“Great service, friendly staff! Brought 2 pairs of pants in on a Saturday for hemming and was asked when I needed them by. They were for an upcoming business conference so I said Friday would be fine but Tuesday afternoon I received a text and email notifying me that my order was ready. I was thrilled knowing I still needed time to complete my wardrobe for this important trip. The craftsmanship was stellar and the whole experience easy and satisfying. Ironically, I am presenting at a sales conference and my topic is about creating the best experience we can for our prospects as that is what sets us apart from the competition (giving people more than they expect!). “I am visiting this laundromat on a Monday afternoon around 11am. There is a working ATM here. There are 11 washing machines and 12 dryers. Nice resting area is available. This business is clean, a multilingual attendant is here, and she has advised each customer when their washer or dryer is done. She keeps the customer traffic moving to a nice pace. She is very helpful and very concerned about the cleanliness of the laundromat. Good parking and parking lot is very clean. There are businesses across the street to eat lunch or get a coffee. The customers visiting here are of every shape, size, age, color, and culture. Everyone doing laundry here is friendly and polite. I will visit again and update my review at that time.”

“I got two items altered. They have an 18 flat rate for all hemming alterations for pants; which is nice and affordable! and they only charged me $30 to alter a dress I was going to wear to a wedding. Cheapest tailors I’ve ever been to in Connecticut! I’ve inquired with other tailors who charge $50, $120, etc for the same alterations I got done here. You can’t beat the price! Plus the lady that’s usually at the front is super nice and accommodating! I’ll come back if I need services in the future.Service: Alterations”
