AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL! I came here for eyelash removal after an extremely horrible job down to my lashes and Jess was just amazing and super helpful and GOT MY LASHES OFF WITHOUT DAMAGE TO MY REAL LASHES! THANK YOUU! High recommend.

Enjoyable experience. From the first hello until the last eyelash was put on, I felt that I was in very capable hands. Jessica listened to what I wanted and more than delivered! She gave me the enhanced natural look I wanted and I left her spa feeling more confident. I don't have a lot of lashes due to a chronic illness and my skin is very sensitive so I can not wear much make up. I went to Jessica because she is also an expert and licensed to work with my special needs and I am so grateful to her skill and attention to detail. I did not have any skin reactions! I have already recommended her to my friends!

First of, Jessica, the owner, is always the most welcoming and professional person I’ve met. From the moment you walk into the front door to the very last, when you’re saying goodbye. The journey is one of a kind. No where else will you find an expert as knowledgeable as Jessica. It’s an experience you have to go through to know what I’m talking about. My lashes always come out looking very natural and just perfect!

My friend owns a hair salon and she told me don’t mess with the eyes, if you want extensions you have to go to the best...Jessica @ Lash Estetica. Its been 3 years now. My lashes look amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Went in for lash lift and tint.
Although the technician was polite the rest of the experience was terrible. The door was open during the whole procedure, people can be heard in the hall, and also came to the doorway and spoke to technician during the procedure.
My lashes look awful! They are too curled and are going in different directions. I had to go to another place to try and have the process reversed and corrected which they were unable to do because of the cheap product that was used here. It completely ruined my lashes. If it were possible, I would give zero stars for this review.
When I received email survey, I stated that I was not satisfied. Not that I would have gone back to allow them to correct it, but no one even bothered to reach out. I definitely would not recommend & I will never return!

I just left Lash Esthetica and had an appointment with Jessica. I was worried about an allergic reaction and was really taken care of. Jessica was very caring and sadly I did not have the lash extensions due to a very minor reaction to makeup remover. Jessica cares more about the client and safety than the money. Although, I left very sad I am glad that she was so caring and took safety first. If I could give 100 stars than I would. I will be recommending this business to my friends who are looking for quality and care. Julia Krulee

I will also state i have not had lashes done here, this rating is in response to the service alone, not the quality of work. Terribly turned off by the customer service I received, and based on reviews - its a common thread. It seems that this place does quality work, but its unfortunate the customer service doesn't match up. When I finally got them on the phone, the technician (not sure if it was the owner) went into a diatribe borderline insulting my current lashes. Their website specifically states "they respect another artists work.." but when you tell them that you have lashes she goes into a rant on how they cant guarantee what I am saying I have on the phone is accurate and that it may be slightly higher based on the technicians view. I stopped her to tell her I completely understand, I have gotten my lashes done for over a year and know that good work comes at a price, I have not gone to places when the prices are too low because I know that this means the quality wont be as good, and price is not a concern as much as having a quality job done and that if needed i would take off all of my lashes and have them put on a new set. She quite rudely responded with "that's not what she was implying" (not sure what else she would be implying as she mentioned cost several times in 1 minute, nor why should would be so rude to someone who literally just said they would get a removal AND a full set if needed) and continued on to basically say the same thing. Needless to say, I was turned off and will not be going here. First impressions are key in this world and someone with a small business should know that above anything else.
