It is always a good experience to go to Larsen Ace Hardware. Their product line seems to be well suited to the needs and problems of the average homeowner. - Better than the big box stores. Store associates provide helpful friendly service. The store is neat, clean and well stocked. Also, if shoping online their web site is easy to use and up to date.

Every single time I have come into this Ace Hardware, I have left with a huge smile on my face and completely satisfied. As a 20-something who moved away from home, the staff at this Ace Hardware has become my go-to for questions answered, tools for my seasonal gardening and small things such as a change in my car key battery. The staff is so beyond happy to help and it's the small interactions that I consistently have there that keep me coming back!

Not only is this a great place to get whatever we need, it's an ideal fix it shop for just about anything. Why only 4 stars? If the old timer who works there is unhappy he should retire.....yes we heard your sarcastic derogatory comment on our way out.

We shop at Larsens regularly and have always been satisfied. Well, today they kicked it up a notch when I visited the store to purchase batteries for two key fobs. As soon as I walked in the door, Michael greeted me with an upbeat, attentive, and genuinely friendly disposition. He proceeded to find the batteries for me, and then he took care of changing them out. For Michael, I'm sure that this falls under the banner of "It's all in a day's work." But, what made all the difference was Michael's attitude. He was positive, proactive, helpful, and certainly a pleasure to work with. That kind of good old fashioned customer service will make any business a standout.

Every day after work, my dog mom and I walk through the center and we always have to stop at this store. The people are super friendly and always have a pet and a cookie for me. They're on my must-stop list. Mom says they have a great supply and that she loves the beautiful old floor.

I went in this morning to have a set of keys made. While waiting in line at the key station two employees started helping a person identify a washer instead of helping us and after standing there for a long time one of the employees looked over at us and said “Do you need something?” Not a single employee in the store greeted us or asked if they could help us find anything and the prices for everything were substantially higher than what you can pay online or at Home Depot and Lowe’s. The product selection in the store was better than what I had thought it would be but with the terrible customer service and high prices I will go somewhere else in the future.
