I don’t usually ever write reviews , I’m more of a word to mouth kinda person , however I will make special exception in this case . I got into cigar smoking about 6 months ago, a beautiful craft that I love to study . Great people in this art form. However I did not know that bringing your own cigars are sac religious . Had the owner employee/ (handsome lad with a grey beard) gone about telling me in a non egotistical way that it was such I would have loved to have spent money on some cigars . If you have to confront a costumer within one sentence of dialogue I think that’s sac religious to being a responsible business owner. Especially an an art form where this younger generation smokes these disgusting vapes , anyways I’m done venting . Off to the penthouse cigar lounge . Next time , why not lead me to that room stacked of cigars and sell me a product you enjoy ? Why not build a powerful connection brother . Costumer service poor.

Happened to find this place on google and went in for a smoke last night. Ended up having some great conversation and even got a nice pour of bourbon from a member. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

Had an hour long convo with the owner Pete, super knowledgeable and has an excellent variety of high end craft cigars you can’t find anywhere. Ended up buying a full box when I only intended on a few sticks. 10/10 would go here again

I always nudge my girlfriend to visit this place the second we touch down in Hartford. The owner really knows his stuff and recommends cigars that burst with flavor and don’t really exist in other shops. Knights’ selection is boutique and curated, every trip to knights broadens my pallet

I was visiting my sister in law in Hartford Connecticut and I stopped at Knights Cigar Lounge and it was a very nice experience good cigars and very good price???? Pete really made this a premiere cigar lounge.

I visited when I was in town one Saturday. I was quite disappointed at all the empty cigar boxes on the shelves ! I didn't see anything I recognized that they had in stock. I smoked a mediocre robusto and left

Service was bomb both times i went they took time out to make recommendations and pointed out some good stuff. Def plan on going back n would recommend it to anyone. Their selection is pretty big as well not as grand as some places I've been but for the area its on the larger side
