Very good customer service, nicest I've found in the center. Ice cream is good. However, for the highway robbery that are their prices they barely give you any. Fill the cup people, I'm tired of overpaying for 'the blankety-blank donated it to charity' return (Mitch Hedberg, we love thee). Hence I bump it down to 2 stars for the lack of bang for yer buck.

I didn’t like the ice cream flavor I chose and asked for something else, they charged me for a cone $7 I might add for something that they threw in the trash and would not take the charge off my bill. Then charged me for the new cone.

Visited this store on 12/29/23. Such a fun place! Smells delicious! Tastes even better! The store was very busy and the staff handled all customers with ease and were very pleasant. Talked to the manager and she was a doll. Loved my ice cream!

Oh so yummy! Perfect little spot to stop by after a night of shopping/dinner around the Blue Back area. The ice cream was so good. The place smells like deliciousness the moment you walk in. I can’t post photos because the treats we got were gone before I could take a pic!

This is a little chocolate boutique that delights all of your senses. Despite being a franchise, it has a warm, welcoming small town mom and pop shop feel. It smells of freshly made waffle cones and chocolate. The selection of treats to choose from is outstanding-there is literally something for everyone. I ordered one scoop of the "Blueberry Waffle Cone" ice cream and one slice of the "Turtle" fudge and a half slice of the "Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Gem" fudge. The ice cream was rich, creamy and filled with pieces of chocolate covered waffle cone and fresh blueberries. The fudge is a family favorite-they've perfected the recipe-we've never had fudge as good as it is here. Prices are on par with other chocolatiers but here you get the friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff with the bonus of seeing chocolate and other treats being made in real time.

My best friend is Kosher and the workers were helpful in showing me what was safe for her to have! Their ice cream is AMAZING. Super clean spot too!

Been to Kilwins in WeHa twice in 2 days so clearly they are getting a 5 star review!As soon as you enter the staff immediately greets you and is super friendly! On my second trip here I even was offered fudge samples. This was a great perk and definitely got me to realize they aren't just known for ice cream because their fudge and chocolate is so good! When ordering ice cream I didn't feel rushed even with a line when choosing a flavor. I got to try several flavors before deciding on my go to favorite flavor now- sea salt caramel! Their ice cream is so good that I even got this 2 days in a row. Definitely recommend getting a waffle cone- mine was actually still warm because it was just made- it was amazing! My husband got a sundae on our first trip and we couldn't even express how delicious their hot fudge was! It was ridiculously good- so good that they even sell jars of it! Get the fudge! It is a bit pricey here but so worth it. I especially love that they have a punch card so you can earn a free ice cream after several trips. I'll probably be hitting that one quick! Will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The entire place smells like you have died and gone to chocolate heaven. They make their fudge right in the main space so you can watch the entire process and learn about fudge making. This is the source of the divine smells.I had the mocha chocolate chip ice cream in a homemade waffle cone made that day in the store. It was the best cone I have ever tasted. They have a great loyalty program with every nine purchases getting you a free ice cream. I am already four purchases towards my goal!I will definitely be back on Mother's Day, Valentines, and any other occasion that requires me to purchase chocolate.Cheers,Edward

Overpriced for tiny amounts, they weigh the ice cream. Whip cream from a can, unimpressed. Do not recommend.

I was there for the super premium ice cream. And it was really good. I went for 3 flavors - Georgia peach, Weha mud and kilwins mud. All were really good flavors. Ice cream was rich and creamy. Georgia peach requires a special mention. First time in my life, I liked peach ice cream. I had some Tuffles as well. Dark Chocolate cashew Tuffle was my favorite. Macadimia and caramal ones were really good as well.
