If I could rate NO stars I WOULD! This bank has NEVER helped me. Simple transactions as deposits they have some sort of issue. Requesting help at the desk, always false information. This branch should closed!

I would have given this key location a 1/2 star if possible. Untrained service reps are running this West Hartford outlet like the Maffia. Unless you know a teller or use this location, you are treated like a counterfeit hundred. Stay far, far away. Best key experience is East Windsor, CT or simple go some please else.

Seems as though only one person working teller lines and both drive through lanes... ( 1 other person running around inside as well ) Probably way understaffed as they were pleasant but it took forever ... 1 simple transaction took 35 minutes, luckily I had lunch already packed in the car.

I tried to make a cash deposit this morning. The machine said 0.00 dollar deposit and asked if I wanted my card back or another transaction. When I called I was told I would have to wait 3-10 business days. Seriously? Waiting for a call back from a very nice lady Barbara. Hopefully she can help me. If not I’m switching banks.

I love this location they handled my fraud claim. It was started at the park street location however no one could help me properly. I love the people that work there. Sometimes they don't anticipate customers needs and that sucks. I went to this location and I was treated wonderful and they were knowledgeable

I have been banking in West Hartford for years and the one constant seems to be the team of Elizabeth (manager) and Barbara. From what I have observed they treat every customers as a VIP client, act in the best interest of the client and go above and beyond at every opportunity. They are a pleasure to work with, but more importantly, I trust what they say.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in West Hartford. We used KeyBank and were very happy with the process. There was open communication, smooth underwriting and an easy closing. Vincent is very familiar with the Doctor Loan program which we used. This allowed us to purchase the home without a down payment or Mortgage Insurance. I was a bit nervous as I read negative reviews, but my experience has been very positive. If ever there was an issue, the manager Elizabeth Horyn was available to personally take my call and help to achieve a resolve. Thank you for helping us secure our dream home!

The staff at the West Hartford Branch is amazing. The provide the utmost customer service. They made what I thought would be a hard transition into a simple, easy transition. The entire staff is professional, courteous, always has a smile on them. I have been a loyal customer since 2007. I absolutely LOVE everyone there. Los quieros mucho

They do not clear the snow from the sidewalk on South Main nor on the sidewalk on Ellsworth. In addition to the inconvenience this makes crossing either street dangerous. This is being a very bad neighbor.

I came to the West Hartford KEY bank branch for opening a new checking account, the bank representative "assisting" me was extremely loud and was very impolite, I had to leave without opening the new checking account. Too bad for the KEY bank.
