I had an exceptionally bad experience here with multiple advisors. I would have spent less time and stress if I did taxes myself. The list goes on from cancelling my appointment upon my arrival to the location, to asking for documents for an appointment from months ago after already withdrawing money for taxes they were supposed to already have filed etc. I had to keep calling and following up after my cancelled appointment. I kept getting messages from the person who I said I no longer wanted to work with due to lack of professionalism. I am still getting messages from this person. I am not sure how my experience could have been worse.

We trust Joe G. our tax professional! Joe is more than personable, so you are not going into a situation where there is any huge stress involved. Joe asks you all the right questions, and you leave there knowing your taxes; your returns are at the best possible level. You will NOT be sorry for trusting Joe and H&R Block. We've been customers of H&R Block since the early 1990's and we've been going to Joe specifically since 2018!

Joe Gerron proceeded to yell at me when I asked him about my husband claiming me as an exemption told me he has been doing this 20 years it says on the h and r block website that my husband can clim me as an exemption so I simply asked why is there incorrect information on your website about tax filing when you specialize in tax filing he was extremely rude every year I have a problem with these people last year they did not file my amended return correctly consequently I have a case with the tax payer advocacy for owing the IRS money that I don't owe them

This year is the last year I will EVER file with H&R Block. I was told for the Tax Preparation it will be 89 dollars and they fraudulently charged me 350 dollars.Not only did they fraudulently charge me 350 dollars this year, but for 5 years they did not tell me that State Taxes were not being taken out of my job at Dattco. I called my preparer, I emailed my preparer not once did he email me back. I'm very annoyed.With this being said, IRS.Gov can assist you in tax preparation and its free. You can also take some courses at Capital Community College or Manchester Community College for 100 dollars. Leave this Criminal Empire alone and get your money back safely without worry that a company may steal from you!
