I've been having such a hard time since my wallet was stolen, and I was rear ended a few weeks later. Jamaal was absolutely amazing and assisted me in finding a new bank as well! I would recommend Hertz above enterprise anyday! Their transactions are way more secure!

Called in the am to confirm my reservation for a polestar and arrived here and they wanted to give me a Chevrolet bolt for the same cost. What a joke.

Update 5/31/24: Another outstanding experience with this location. The recent person they hired at the counter (young lady whose name I dont recall) is outstanding, not only in taking care of me but her demeanor, customer service and attitude is far above the call of duty. I rent alot of cars for work and pleasure and this location has never left me feeling like I was ignored or not taken seriously. This is a challenging location and I have been to hertz offices in 45 states and Europe and this team is outstanding.
I rent alot of Cars thru this location and others for business and Pleasure. This location is five star in every sense of the word, especially given the resources they have. The two main players for me have been Winston and Dan who have been incredibly supportive in every way. They are a small location and may not always have the ideal car for you, but given the resources they have they do an AMAZING job. I have never been unhappy with my service at that location and for work alone I rent at least a car a month for 2 days or more

Listen the most smoothest car rental place ever! The customer service was phenomenal! My car was ready to go once I arrived . Quick I’d license check and credit card and I was on my way !! I was greeted upon arrival and was taken care of. I believe the gentleman name was Dan ! Thanks again for making me feel important know and heard . Oh btw the price was great as it can get ! They hold 200$ but you get it back 5 days once returned no issues !

Absolutely horrible company as a whole they charge you ridiculous amounts of money and have no solution to any problem that occurs but will overdraft your account with the quickness with no reason for doing so

I returned my rental on Saturday, when the location was closed. It's now Tuesday and I received an automated call that my car rental hasn't been returned. I can't get through the Hertz menu to actually speak to someone at this location to find out why they haven't closed my rental contract. They have my phone number but couldn't be bothered to call me to discuss the issue?I'm visiting family because my grandmother is very ill and may be dying. This stress is absolutely unnecessary. I'm never using Hertz again.

Not helpful. Customer service is a zero. So bad I stood behind 1 person and representative chatted with customer about all kinds of things and never acknowledged me so after waiting I walked out canceled reservation and went to Avis

I will never rent from this location again! First of all, I didn't receive the vehicle that I had reserved. Second, the vehicle that I received was dirty inside and out and there was no gas in it. But the shocker came when I looked at my credit card statement and see that they charged me a fee for smoking. I don't smoke nor does my granddaughter who is twelve. And even if you claimed there was smoking and you charged an additional fee of the 400 dollars, I'm still owe 200 dollars that location is a scam! DON'T USE IT!

I rented a car from this location for the first time ever & the car broke down within 5 or so days. I come back for a replacement and was told i cannot be given a car until the broken down car gets towed back to their location or airport. Money well wasted.
