The store has great prices and good inventory. My 2 times there was good experience with checking out. Parking is plentiful. Inside was clean, well lit and organized. There were several associates keeping things neat. It's a bonus when you walk into a business and get greeted several times while you're there. Keep up the good work 👏

I went to this store today to do an exchange. Patricia i believe she’s the manager of this store is extremely rude. Waited about ten minutes she decided to give me a refund instead of an exchange for some reason. So i walked out with my exchange item and went to the one in vernon. Completed the exchange in less than 5 minutes. Never go to this store again.

Fabricio is your go-to guy! Customer service 10/10 - My husband needed to exchange a tool cart since the one he bought at the Bristol location was damaged. They exchanged without trouble.
