I’ve been to this great clips twice now. The first time, I got a young woman who was really good at her job. She gave me a great haircut and even gave me good feedback on what I was asking for. I would definitely recommend great clips if all of the employees were as skilled as her, but.. On my second visit, I got an older woman who gave me what I can only describe as the worst haircut of my life. She hacked at my hair like a weedwacker. My hair is completely uneven, nothing is lined up properly, I have some sections of hair that aren’t even cut and stand out as longer than the rest. She was completely unprofessional, and didn’t even follow the instructions I gave on length etc. Then rushed me out of my seat saying “well I think it looks good”. I have to pay for a second haircut tomorrow just to fix the mess she made.
I wish I got her name so I could warn others to stay away..

Walked in for a great haircut from Elaine. Great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer.

I have loved this location for 7 years. Always warmly greeted when I walk in ( and on the phone). Stations are clean and organized as well as each work area. I have grown very attached to Elaine and Amy as well as other stylists I have met thru past years. Both stylists always take a moment to ask me how I liked my past cuts and what would I like to do this time. Both are always willing to suggest new styles that would compliment my features when asked…. and I always respect their input. I value their professionalism and friendships.

The lady who checked me in was kind and sweet. I'd go back to try again with her.However, the person who I had was awful. I still tipped , but she deserved absolutley nothing. She was rude, and her salutation was " name," and then " if your kid can't sit still or cires, I'll stop,". I was taken aback so I asked, "Excuse me ," and she repeated herself.Her mannerisms were not helpful to calm anyone. She asked what I want , and then didn't engage in further dialog ie..is this short enough given this was my second time taking a boy and i needed some help. kid did wonderful thx to a little video on my phone. The hair cut itself , fine , not great , two big circles behind my sons ears.Afterward, the other lady wished us a good holiday and asked if he wanted a lollipop and said my kid did well. I thanked her profusely for showing some kindness.The terrible hair cutters name was Alessia, I believe. Perhaps having a rough day , but wow, just full of attitude. Snip it's vs this , easy peasy.... too bad as this model for drop in is amazing for full time working moms and dads with kiddos.

Just had the most terrible hair cut experience. This is the second time they completely botched my head. Truly do not understand how a licensed stylist could even do such a pitiful job. We will be calling to complain directly. Do not waste your hard earned money at this place.

Came here today at 4:25 and didn’t check in only to be told that they close at 5 come back tomorow.. very disappointed and will NEVER come here again.. if you close at 5 then whoever is there before 5 should get a haircut..

Girl at first booth to the left (blonde older lady) botched my hair. Almost seemed like she was annoyed I wanted a wash and trim and not just a trim(like it would take too much time)... She washed my hair didn’t even touch all of my scalp rinsed conditioned and seemed in a rush to cut my hair. ?Asked for straight cut 2/3 inches off with slight long layers and she basically gave me a wolf cut and cut half of my hair off … and gave insanely short straight cut choppy layers:’( after being soo upset with my hair cut I called and asked if I could come back and get a recut to atleast make it even. Amy was my new hair stylist to recut my hair and she was the kindest most sweetest soul ❤️ she didn’t charge for the cut( of course I tipped her tho) she made sure not to cut too much and worked with me to fix the choppy mess I had received a few days ago. She kept checking on me to make sure the hair cut was going good. (my hair was down to almost my Butt before this hair cut and now is alittle past my shoulders) even though I had to cut so much off to even it Amy fixed my hair to look normal again which I am very greatful for !! If you ever need a haircut go to AMY she definetly knows what she’s doing ❤️❤️ I will definetly be back even after my hair was messed up but will only go to AMY from now on. Highly suggest not going to that lady with her chair on the first to the left of the place she doesn’t talk to you or even seem to care about her customer service never mind the actual hair cut… some people don’t belong in certain businesses because they don’t care and that lady is one of them . It’s a shame to have a rotten apple around a bunch of kind sweet hair dressers.. thank you guys for fixing the mess I had received a few days ago❤️❤️ would give 5 stars because of Amy but unfortunately with the terrible hair cut I received before I can only give 4 stars and that’s being nice lol. Hope that lady gets the karma she deserves for not caring about other people and their hair!!!!!!
