Ehhh. They were fast and efficient, turning around in less than 24 hours. But I went in to fix my car horn. They found my taillights were also out. I exited paying $500, $350 of which was labor, which works out to around 4 hours of labor. Charged 4 hours labor to fix the horn and replace 2 taillights? Seems like a rip-off. I'm going to an independent shop next time.

2 weeks ago I went to "align my car"
They didn't do a good job, I had to pay more money for my car so that another mechanic shop would fix it for me

Harold the store manager and Alex who worked on my car are amazing. They treated me in a timely manner gave me exceptional customer service and were very polite. I drove all the way from the Bronx to Connecticut and it was the best decision made.

brought my daughters SUV in for a brake check since her fluid was very low and thought she needed brakes as the pedal was going to the floor they said brakes were ok and but needed to get rid of some rust on them and some other BS and charged her 300$ her brakes were exactly the same when she got it back and took to another shop and the whole brake line had rusted out and she was leaking fluid badly and could barely stop vehicle!! I can't believe they let a vehicle leave their shop and not once did they mention complete rust underneath vehicle! my daughter could have been in a terrible accident! pls don't go to the shop they will scam you!

They have consistently taken care of my car for the last 6 years. It’s been easy to schedule and get in the door quickly with them. Every time there has been a thing wrong with my car, they have been great at identifying it and working with me to establish how I want to go about having it addressed.

I am very overdue in posting this review but needed to share the wonderful experience I had on October 17th. I brought my car in for a tire patch. While I was waiting an elderly women came in. She had been in an accident, was 45 minutes from home and would not be able to drive her car that day. She asked the Assistant Service Manager to call a taxi for her. After trying multiple cab companies with no luck, Alex went over to the women and explained Uber. He sat with her and walked through how to use it, the safety features and ensured when her Uber arrived that she got into the proper car. To say their customer service goes above and beyond would be an understatement.

Great service by the front desk. Felt the cost could be a little less.. Did a puncture repair with rebalancing the wheel for about $44.
