I waited 20 minutes for a simple print. I didn't receive my print and left the place as I was running late for my appointment.

One star is one too many! i returned a package that FedEx had mistakenly addressed to me (was meant to go to California, as the invoice in box showed). Instead of thanking me, I was actually physically attacked by an employee (she grabbed me by the arm and shoved me - I am 74!), claimed I could not leave the package there, and threw the package out the door with contents strewn all over sidewalk. She was screaming at me she would call the police! Fortunately the manager came, I explained the situation, he tanked me and apologized. Told him I would not file a complaint with the police this once, but I believe a review is in order.

I went sometime in the last hour before close. Originally I meant to go to the USPS, but working during the hours they are open is a huge inconvenience. Bit the bullet; my sister's birthday gift was already late at this point. I searched up Fedex (I didn't want to patronize the UPS store I had most recently been to) and hopped in the car with my GPS on. The location itself was very convenient--literally on my way to the grocery store, no detours even to a side street. What really made it special? Diane, who checked me out. For someone at the end of her shift, Diane was both cheerful and super helpful. I don't ship packages often enough to have a favorite place, but I know where I'm going if I do need to.

I have used Fedex Office on Farmington Ave for printing and shipping for my business for 12 years. They've saved my butt at the last minutes many times..They never not even once made a mistake until this weekend. By accident, they printed two brochures out of three upside down. Of course, I didn't notice until I got to my office because after 12 error-free years, I stopped checking their work. many years ago. Oops, I went to their office and pointed out the error. No questions asked, they redid the job and called me on my celll phone when the job was ready for puck-up. I was thrilled with 12 error-free years, I am a big advocate now that I know what happens in the case of a once-in-a-Blue-moon mistake. Thank you Fedex Office on Farmington Avenue!
