Disappointed Experience - Failed Delivery for Son's 21st BirthdayI ordered an arrangement for my son's 21st birthday from this Edible Arrangement, with hopes of sending him something special as he lives out of town. Placing the order a day before his birthday, I made sure to schedule it in advance to ensure timely delivery. However, the experience turned out to be deeply disappointing.Despite receiving a message confirming the delivery of the gift, it never arrived at my son's address. What's worse, repeated attempts to contact customer service via phone to inquire about the missing delivery were fruitless, as there was never anyone available to answer and explain what had happened.As a result, my son missed out on receiving a birthday surprise from his family, and I was left feeling frustrated and let down by the lack of accountability and communication from Edible Arrangement. Birthdays are special occasions, and the failure to deliver on such a significant day is unacceptable.I sincerely hope that they takes steps to improve their delivery process and customer service, as experiences like this can greatly impact one's trust and satisfaction with a business. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services to others seeking reliable and timely gift deliveries.

This store charged me $139.97 out of the blue for no reason. I’ve never visited the store, its website or the state of Connecticut for that matter, until this charge. I have called them back to back about 30 times, always the same incredibly annoying answering machine. I’ve left messages and have not received any response. Truly so frustrating as I will now have to cancel my card to dispute the claim and get my money back. Two weeks of no access to my bank account and $45 in shipping fees to get my new card. If I had any desire for edible arrangements I would look to any other company. They are completely out of touch with their operations, I would not trust them with my money.

My husband ordered online at 11:00 a.m., after he paid, he received a text that they are going to close earlier and the store usually closes at 3:00 p.m. on Sundays.It was a surprise for me since it was our anniversary . :(

My order was not made or delivered on my daughter's birthday even though I placed the order four days in advance. I was billed for it two days beforehand but the order was not fulfilled. I even called and left messages on the birthday and didn't get a call back until the next day. When the woman from the store asked me if I still wanted the order, I said that it was no longer my daughter's birthday ... and then she hung up on me! Huh?! That's how you handle your mistake? I called back twice and before I could even say anything, she hung up on me both times. It was infuriating. What she fails to understand is that I put my trust in them. I planned on this being my daughter's special surprise and gift on her birthday but all I was left with was having to call my daughter and apologize for her getting nothing from me. And I'm still shaking my head at her hanging up on me repeated times! That's beyond bad customer service - that's aggressive.

Atrocious customer service. They don't answer the phone and they don't call you back. Placed an order for VDay and it was not delivered on time or to the correct person. Online is the only way to check order status. Now get your money back, you physically have to go to the store since they don't have any customer service whatsoever!!! Very angry!
