Horrible experience … worse carrier I ever worked with. The driver cold not figure out how or didn’t bother to ring a bell in my apartment complex… each day getting a message that they attempted to deliver a package but I was not home… lie… my time sensitive package can’t be delivered for the past two days despite me being with customer service for hours the past two days and being reassured the package will come. Spent $350 to get documents delivered for a court case … they would not listen to how critical the issue was for me and keep rescheduling delivery for the following day despite my request to pick it up myself after the first day they lied saying they tried to deliver it but I was not home… I was … I took a day off becouse the parcel was so important… driver did not follow my instructions to leave the package… they would not work with me on getting the package before the court case. I hope I never ever have to go through the services of this company ever again. Unprofessional and not reliable.

My package was delivered to the complex I live in. But not my apartment number. When I contacted customer service, they said it’s nothing they could do. I have to contact the people who I originally purchased to file a claim. When I clicked on proof of delivery I didn’t get a picture just words. The representative showed me a picture that the driver did and it had no clear way of knowing what apartment it was delivered to. All you see if a screen door open and they dropped the package in between. But no way of knowing where exactly. Sad part is I doubt my package will be returned by a Good Samaritan

Ashley Ganon at DHL West Hartford has been a great help with ensuring my package is delivered safely & when I am available to receive it! I was on vacation & contacted by Ashley, asking if I had any need to reschedule because a signature was required for delivery. Realizing I would love to have the date switched, it was does seamlessly and in a timely manner that didn’t result in chaos. That is so appreciated. The most valuable thing in life to me is time, and I really commend a job well done. Kudos to Ashley, she has great customer service reactions and intuitions, give her a big raise!

I received a package from another country for the first time which was shipped through DHL with a signature required, and Brandy from the West Hartford location was extremely kind and helpful in assisting me with receiving my package. I missed my original delivery due to work and the closest DHL to my house is about an hour away, but Brandy called me and went above and beyond to make sure that I received my package without having to make the drive. She left notes for the driver and made sure that I got my package the next day, I was shocked that someone would actually take the time out of their day to call and work with me on scheduling a delivery around when I would be home and when I would be at work. This is something I have never experienced before, and I cannot say thank you enough Brandy for the world class customer service!

My “priority” shipment was marked as wrong address even though the address was correct , I called customer service due to package being set to arrive that day , I took extra precautions to be home so I can wait for my package due to previous packages in my area being stolen , I get an alert my address is incorrect and I call to make sure it’s fixed so I can receive my package , after calling I was told due to thier system error I will not be getting my package and it will be brought back to the facility where I can either pick it up which is an hour away from me or wait for it to be delivered the next day when I won’t be home to ensure it’s safe return which does nothing for me due to setting up all these parameters to receive my package today !! Horrible I do not recommend !! Especially due to my package already being on the truck and all the customer service rep could say is they don’t contact drivers on routes !! Amazon or fed ex would never !!

Absolutely the most professional, efficient, and welcoming and friendly service from Jasmina. I thought shipping to rural England would be complicated but Jasmina made it easy. She and the West Hartford DHL are the best!

I've shipped 10 packages from this location in the past 18 months. Five star service every time. Delivery flawless.
Just now I went to do the exact same thing, to a location I have shipped to several times. The price was four times higher at the counter than online. In the past they would make an adjustment. This time the clerk refused. Told me to do the transaction on my mobile phone. The app did not work properly. She told me to drive home print out the labels on my computer and come back. That is a 1 hour round trip.
I did not get the clerk's name. But clearly the experience at this location depends on who is at the front desk. If I could give this a zero star review I would.

I recently bought from a website and they use DHL to send my package. My package was marked delivered in every tracking option possible, but my package was never delivered. I had sent emails and inquires to see what had happened, but I just got my case closed because they confirmed it was in fact delivered to my house, when in fact I haven’t received a thing. On top of not received my package, they was a apparent proof of delivery with a forged signature of mine. No one in my house had signed off or received the package, and on top of that my signature was forged. My package had to had been delivered somewhere else and my signatures was forged, but they kept saying it was delivered correctly. Lost 60 bucks ?

DHL West Hartford - exemplary service. My second time shipping overseas was today (1st time everything arrived so quickly and in excellent condition). The personable, helpful and customer centered approach by Brandy at West Hartford, on both occasions, made the experience stress-free. I was shipping inherited goods overseas; during a very difficult time, Brandy was reassuring and really invoked trust in the company. She made certain the shipment was wrapped securely which kept everything protected. I was so impressed with her attention to detail and I'm so grateful I chose this DHL office to ship the items.Hence the fact that I've returned to DHL to send more treasured belongings for a second time. Again, above and beyond effort by Brandy.Thank you so much for all your assistance. Really couldn't have managed without you!And very happy promotions were on offer both times. That really helps.
