I went to CVS , bishops corner near the Whole foods . Pharmacy counter asked to pick up meds for my parents. There was some confusion as there always is. Thr country person NATASHA , would not let me ask any questions, kept speaking over me. All in an extremely loud voice so the entire store could hear her. Finally her supervisor had to step in and told her to calm down.
Extreme rude and unprofessional. Avoid her if possible.
If she worked in my office she would be fired.

Limited pharmacy hours extremely inconvenient. was transferred when WHC store closed. quitting CVS and joining Walgreens.

Justine the pharmacist is so nice, friendly, patient and very professional. I actually transferred my prescriptions over to this cvs because of the great service.

The staff is always polite, however, with the newly closed CVS locations, this pharmacy is simply overwhelmed. The line is almost always 15- people. I recently showed up 10 minutes before the pharmacy reopens on a Thursday, and still waited for 20 minutes (including the 10 min they were closed).
If you have a choice, choose a less crowded Pharmacy, and also, if you have any new scripts, don't count on them having it 'in stock' on several occasions they have been out, or not carried it and it took close to a week to arrive.

6-3-25 9:39 am I overhear an over weight Caucasian clerk saying racist remarks to Linda another store clerk such a disgusting person kind of shocked of the out in the open racism considering she said it in front of me I'll never spend another dollar in there 👎👎👎👎👎

The employees just walk away from you when there is a line waiting. Terrible customer service.

Avoid this location. Even when there is no line the pharmacy usually takes 30-45 minutes. Expect long lines and them to randomly take people out of order or stop helping the line altogether. Routinely don’t fill auto fill prescriptions and randomly run out of things and they don’t bother contacting you to let you know. Total failure at every level.
Service is so bad I’m attempting to get off medication I need just so I don’t have to deal with this nightmare every month.

My CVS pharmacy personnel are all on break at the same time with no help at the counter. Is this the norm for no one to service medication customers when on their break? SMDH

I am so upset that the 333 North Main St West Hartford CVS in Target closed. I was forced to use the 344 N Main St CVS and it is literally the worst: mean staff, dirty, takes forever etc. Will eventually transfer all my family prescriptions out of CVS for this reason. WORST CVS EVER_ and I have been to CVS in many states/areas. A loss for our neighborhood that we lost the 333 N. Main store.

We moved our prescriptions here after the cvs in target closed. Nothing but awful experiences ever since. This is how I learned that not all cvs locations are created equal! And apparently based on these reviews they have been terrible since long before the other one closed. I had thought it was just an issue of understaffing, but wow. I guess we’ll have to switch everything over to Walgreens.
