Customer service was terrible here, Briana Is in ageist feels like because you look younger. She can talk down to very unprofessional. Also management allows this type of behavior if I could read this Cvs zero I would.

Yep this pharmacy has a bad attitude. It is always something wrong; made worse by technicians that have a combative attitude. They are incompetent and argumentative. .

Horrible customer service. The manager does not know what she is doing and when I asked questions her response is “I have no knowledge of that”. Condescending and racist attitude towards me. When I called to speak to someone with a higher authority she decided to hang up on my face. What type of workers does CVS hire? I’m not too sure but I don’t recommend anyone who is a minority going over there since they have racist workers.

The pharmacy here is awful. They are totally out of the loop with the doctor filling the prescription and continue to fill the prescriptions incorrectly. It's a frustrating process anytime picking up my prescription because either they don't have the inventory to fill the full amount so I would have to pick up half now and half later, which would be a co-pay each time, or they fill up my vials using bottles that are 1/3 the size as the normal ones. I constantly bring up how these arent the ones and they say how they dont have the inventory and act like I'm inconveniencing them. In general they seem to be low on most supplies as well

Don't expect any help whatsoever from any pharmacist working here. I walked in to try and obtain a replacement vaccination card but the pharmacist, while refusing to look at me simply said no. No additional information proveded, no reasoning given, simply no. You'd think a healthcare professional in possession of my medical records, which I need to keep job, world be obligated to at the very least explain why I'm not entitled to them. Instead I was treated like I was making some outlandish request. It's bad enough walking in there for a fifty minute wait in line, but to be so ignorantly brushed off was about as degrading as I've ever been treated by a business. Don't go here if you can avoid it. While this was the worst experience I've had, it is indicative of the norm.

I like this cvs because it has what you need, it’s convenient and it also has a ups access point . Honestly see 1 star reviews and it’s just a bunch of Karen’s complaining over little things. Thank you staff keep up the good work!

This location was such a breeze to shop at! Prob the only one too that I've been at anywhere throughout the country where the self checkout stations actually work properly.

I have been a CVS customer for years and have visited many of their locations in various states. This CVS location is hands down the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting…not only among CVS stores but any drug store. The pharmacy is always confused like they’ve never filled a prescription before but at least they are rude about it. Customer service in the rest of the store is unknown. Don’t go here unless you appreciate disorganization and being treated poorly.

They changed their voice response system and now you can't speak with a human without waiting, waiting, and waiting. Horrible. Time to find another pharmacy.

Pharmacists don't care about you. When you can't get a prescription and there's no explanation, you call back two weeks later when everything is settled and they say, "oh yea I remember you from the phone, I don't want to talk to you." And then hang up after keeping you on hold for 20minutes. Some of the worst customer service.

Prescribing errors, billing errors, inventory problems, poor communication, poor customer service, physical hostility to customers, and higher prices than other chain pharmacies. What more would you want in a pharmacy?
