Consistently terrible photo quality. Blacks look blue, grainy, lines were viable on face, shadowed areas of skin look green. Staff unwilling to reprint (in case ink was low) and did not offer a refund. Avoid this location for photos at all costs, not worth it at all!

I used to enjoy going to this CVS but after today's visit I will not be going back. There were two people at the pharmacy who were extremely rude when I asked simple questions. When I went to the cashier, I tried to ask if my new insurance was added, but the person kept interrupting me. When I finally was able to ask my question, she was very rude and dismissive and treated me like I was an idiot. Then, after waiting for my medication, I received a notification that it was ready. Usually, at other pharmacies, you can go up to the register and say your order was ready and you can check out. I didn't get called, and I calmly said to another woman "hey, I got a notification on my phone that my medication is-" then she interrupted me and rudely exclaimed that I needed to wait and there are a bunch of other people waiting. After she finished interrupting me I finished my sentence "Oh, my prescription is ready, I was told I can come up to the register?" She snapped at me again saying I need to wait. I don't mind waiting at all, but at least let me finish my sentence, and just let me know politely. When I went to the register to check out, the same second woman rung me out, didn't speak a word to me and acted very petty. She didn't ask if I have any questions for the pharmacist, and was really cold and nasty. Luckily, I didn't have any questions for the pharmacist because that is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly dangerous to not mention that to a person picking up medication. There is a Walgreens in Hartford that I will be going to instead, they are very kind and professional there.

I just witnessed the worst managerial character ever. I was at the self check out at CVS and the poor guy at the register was being yelled at by what I can only assume was his manager about a loose door that was being leaned on. I'm sorry but you don't speak to people that way no matter what!! If you can't handle the stress, get a different job. No one deserves to be belittled in front of everyone. I hate bullies!!!
Kudos to the employee for keeping his cool and professional.

Best store in Hartford & West Hartford area due to self check out. It’s ashamed how a whole community is penalized due to shoplifting that the self check out machines are not active in the other locations. There are other measures to help with loss prevention, says a lot about how the managers of this region feel about the community.

All the staff are super helpful and very engaging. I go in often and they always greet me with a smile. Watched a young female worker help an older lady with her coupons and help her navigate the store. Not sure of these other reviews because I have seen nothing but helpfulness from the staff l.

A paticular staff member Desiree must be compassionate and patient towrds customers. Some may be sick, or having a long day or elderly. A glaring eye at a customer is not a nice feeling.

Was looking for a specific item for my sick baby. Woman working refused to help me look and gave me a disgusting and rude attitude while my baby was right next to me crying. Never going here again. Teach your employees some respect

Just to get a prescription I had to do a million hoops to jump through on the app then not on the app…like just give me my prescription and keep it moving like every other CVS

I went in and waited in line for 5 minutes at the pharmacy pick up. No big deal, there was only one person ahead of me. I was patiently waiting for my turn when I was told to use the kiosk to enter my name and DOB. There was no option to enter my name and DOB, it only prompted to enter cvs account info or scan my cvs app. So I scan my app, and the screen shows “please wait for assistance”. Both the 2 cashier/techs look at the screen one of them rolls their eyes and walks away the other simply says “you’re not signed in, so you have to follow these steps (points to a hand written note on the plexiglass)” and walks away. And instead of helping me, they continued to call up the next people in line and help them WITHOUT forcing them to use the kiosk. Pure rudeness and laziness on their part.

If I were to call the pharmacy section of this particular CVS incompetent or another synonymous adjective, it would be the biggest compliment I could give them.
They can't order medication on time for refill
They are rude
And they have made me drive over 40 minutes to other CVS's that luckily just happened to have my prescriptions in stock even though I specifically requested my prescription be ordered in time for me to pick it up
Ridiculous, outrageous.....go to a stop and shop pharmacy never had a problem with stop and shop pharmacies my entire time on this planet.

I was waiting for over 30 minutes to be assisted in the hygiene aisle. The associate (wannabe manager) at the front was rude and disrespectful. I asked her if anyone else can assist me and she told me her manager is busy. Then I asked for her name and she said “why you need my name?” Then I asked for the manager and she said “I am the manager,” which she clearly was not. I been shopping at CVS for a long time and never had this type of treatment. She was horrible and needs more training on customer service and how to treat customers.

Terrible customer service with basic items all locked up. So I can't do self checkout. Wait on line to get help, wait for item to be unlocked, and wait some more to pay.

every time I go into the CVS on N. Main St. with Brianna she made me feel like coming here to steal something obnoxiously she would say hello but it’s not sincere. No one should feel like this.
