Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. When I went to the register I was not greeted. I said hi and the woman ignored me. I should have known then. When she rang up the items I did not see they rang up on sale as advertised. I asked if they were on sale? She explained they were and had an attitude about me inquiring. I said what is your name? She stated her name was Princess. I asked what the problem was as she was giving me an attitude? She said there was no problem and then suspended my order and called someone else as she was not going to help me, and called the next customer. The supervisor Travis came over. He was polite, professional, and helpful. As I explained what had occurred she continued to yell from 2 registers over and interject. This was all while other customers were present. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I pointed out to Travis how she was acting while he was present. She had an ever poorer attitude prior to his arrival. The General Manager was requested as I was unhappy that she continued to interject rude comments as her supervisor was present. Despite the General Manager being called he did not come as he was in a "meeting." I usually have excellent customer service at other CVS stores, I usually shop at other locations and have never had an experience like this. I was appalled at how I was treated. Avoid this location.

Very rude and aggressive customer service from the front desk and other employees.
Unfortunately, I rather drive to another town and get better quality service.

CVS 1099 new Britain ave become very bad service after they close Walgreens. To many customers and not workers . Very bad service now I wish they open a another farmacy right in front of it.

Longest I’ve ever been in a pharmacy Pick up girl was terrible pharmacist was terrible only the consultation lady was nice and helpful the rest of the people suck

By far the worst pharmacy I've worked with. Somehow no matter how many hours I wait, my prescription is never ready when I go to pick it up. I've had them tell me it would be ready in 20 minutes, come back 5 hours later and it is still not ready. Not to mention the number of times I've gone and my medication (which I can not go without) is out of stock for days on end. On many occasions, I've had to call my prescribing doctor to cancel and move my order to another pharmacy... and somehow my script is ready for pickup at the other pharmacy by the time I get home. (I live about 5 minutes from this terrible CVS so I only have scripts sent there out of "convenience") If you have other options, do not ever have your prescription sent to this pharmacy. I wish so badly that I could give it 0 stars.

Girl at pharmacy was spaced out and just shrugged at me after telling me they were out of stock of a medicine they told me would be ready in 15 minutes. She just stared off into space and didn't offer any solution, I had to direct her to tell me what to do. Very unprofessional.

I like this store, it's well stocked compared to other locations but the pharmacist that works there was not only dismissive to my concerns about new medication, but seemed bothered that I even dare ask him if he would explain my new medication to me. Isn't that part of their job?! I get everyone has an off or even a bad day, but when a person fresh out of the hospital has questions about the new medication you just sold them, please be patient and help them out.

This pharmacy is GARBAGE ?️ trash find some where else to send your med because they will tell you "your meds will be ready in 45 minutes " you will leave not get a text if you sign up for it or a call came back in 2 hours well over more then enough time to fill it and after waiting in line for 45 minutes more get to the counter they tell you " your meds was not filled and they don't have them" and then get rude about it and say "you should have came in to get it filled" and tell you to step out of line, You just mit end up in a emergency room waiting on them just go some where else there bad for business

Hours spent on hold for pharmacy eating on RX … can’t transfer elsewhere because they have it on progress ALL DAY !!! but no one answers the phones!!!

It's such a shame, I have been coming to this CVS for 26 years, and for this last year they are worst and worst. You come there, there is no staff working at the front for pharmacy, you have the pharmacist giving out the meds. Forget the phone, it never gets picked up till 25 minutes later. Now we come to pick up meds that were supposed to be ready that order from this afternoon, 6:22pm, still have to wait another hour. CVS, hire more staff, the service is horrible now.

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Takes 40 minutes every time. Prescriptions aren’t ready hours after they’ve been called in. They need to hire more people or close.

They installed bottle return machines last year but never activated them that is required by state law. I called the 800 number but nothing gets done. They take my nickel but the wouldn't return it when you bring the empty back. I am filing a complaint with the state consumer protection agency.

understaffed. this place sucks. you goin and wait in like for an hour. CVS app doesnt even work. literally 20 mins waiting for someone to pick up the phone for a 30 second question. HIRE MORE PEOPLE
