Wish I could just write a review without even giving a star but tonight whoever the girl was to closed tonight 5/19/2024 have no respect at all was doing a dash and couldn’t even finish at all she walked up with a attitude saying we close rolling eyes all that we told them from jump though it’s a DoorDash the other girl said okayyy now we being rushed and with whoever I wanna say had to be the shift lead cuz the attitude on her OMGGGG disgusting and thank god I put the old me behind me thanks but bad customer service no help at all rude as hell and thought it was funny at the end….u got it that time but u will never last with that attitude u got on u

Very unprofessional
3 customers stood in a long line to be told 12 minutes later that that man in the hat was the last customer she was taking and she stated “I said this a 1/2 hour ago”.
How would we know this?
It’s not our fault they’re taking so long to get through the line, we were there well before 1:30 which is the pharmacy starting lunch hour… trust me I will transfer all my prescriptions to another CVS so will one of the other ladies that I’ve spoken to that were turned away. worst demeanor worst customer service ever!

Waited on hold for 15 minutes just for the girl to hang up in my face. She tried to act like she couldn't hear me. So unprofessional.

Went to pick up a perscription, there where about 8 people in line. On a Thursday at 2 pm. There was one person working. One. Waited 30 mins, Left and came back today at 11. Three people in line, 4 behind the counter. Still waiting 30 minutes. Get up to the counter and the insurance thats on my script is wrong. Been using cvs for 20 years. How do they suddenly not have my insurance information, worse how are they trying to charge me and some random insurance company. I was livid and left. This is the last time i ever use cvs for any reason. Go to walgreens. Its 2 minutes at most to get anything you need. Ive never had a problem.

Yeah this is hands down the worst CVS pharmacy I've been to. Really wish the one downtown near blueback didn't close because the experience here has been terrible. First time I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to get my prescription. Now it's second time I'm here and they've somehow lost my prescription. They've been texting me all week saying it's ready for pick and asking me when I'm coming in and they don't even have it. Save your time and go somewhere else

The pharmacy always make mistakes here. Earlier today, I called and everything, spoke with the lady that filled the prescription ,I mentioned what medicine needed refilled, waited for my refill( she refilled all the other medications except for the one I asked her to refill ?. I took the time to call and she still didn’t get it. I really don’t understand how Can some who handles important medication , be so distracted.

E in the front end is so nice and helpful, really kind and happy face. Made my day! This will now be my main CVS since I just moved to Hartford. Wonderful first impression.

For months now, each time I pick up a prescription there is an hour long wait in line. Then they tell you prescriptions you ordered a refill for days ago are still being processed. Then you have another half hour wait. They need more staff or they should reopen one of the three stores they recently closed.

11:45 flu appt, got there at 11:40 got my shot at 12:20??!! The lady was super friendly and nice but that's ridiculous to wait that long when you have an appt. CVS needs to get it together. Pharmacists are great but the wait is undesirable.

Theres only 2 techs that are super nice the rest are rude. They see you there waiting but they are too busy talking among themselves and ignore you. Awful customer service. Will be looking into another pharmacy. Ridiculous!
