CVS has gotten ridiculous, I waited on hold to ask about mixing meds, my hold wait time was 01:15:57. I had to hang up. You guys need to hire staff. It is such an important matter and we can't speak with anyone. Ridiculous

If you are picking up medication get ready to stand almost to the front of the store at least 30 minutes until your turn. And at least go 4 hours after you doctor sends them because they won't be ready. Ridiculous! 9 years going here and it's nothing like it used to be sadly. Move to the one on West boulevard even worse ?

If you're coming to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy; please take half day off to do so

Horrible experience the last year. 3-4hrs to fill a script. They are not helpful and never ready. Its an argument to get an urgent med needed within hours. Finally changing companies.

Just disappointed. the place was practically empty yet they took a good amount of time attending me when they gave me my prescription it had the wrong amount of pills and I was sent to a different counter because the receptionist did not have information on my pill afterwards they said they were going to give me the right amount and I had to wait 25 minutes and during that amount of time I saw a MOUSE!!! it was not a shock to me since it is a dirty place not only that but everything is too overpriced this is the same as any pharmacy so you might as well go to a different place.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left my local CVS pharmacy, I left thoroughly satisfied! The pharmacy staff has always been outstanding all-around! This is why I trust CVS with my pharmacy needs.

Worst customer service. The male pharmacist needs to be fired or retrained. He is an incompetent and lack of sympathy. If he doesn't like his job maybe he needs to find a purpose in his life.

I’ve been a customer of this location (#671) for quite some time, and the service has always been consistent and efficient. In fact, when I moved to Bristol (where there’s a CVS literally down the hill from my home), I refused to transfer. My medications are always in stock, the store is organized and clean, and the employees are polite, personable, and helpful (I’ve been approached numerous times by associates—AND a manager—asking if I needed assistance). However, I’ve noticed over the course of several months that the pharmacy is experiencing some type of transition or turnover. I cannot reach anyone by phone whereas in the past, someone ALWAYS answered the phones within minutes. Twice, I was on hold from the parking lot at my doctor’s office in Farmington all the way until pulling into the CVS parking lot in West Hartford. Admittedly, it was frustrating because if I’m calling to speak with someone, it’s genuinely because I need something that cannot be done through the convenience of the app or automated system. When I reached the pharmacy area, lines were backed up, and I could hear the automated call line state, “4…5…6…7 pharmacy calls”, while I was waiting for my prescriptions. But will I transfer to the CVS next to my house? No way! As I’ve said before, I have been with this store for quite a while; I know how consistent the service has been in the past. And during this momentary transition, the store is still organized and clean, the employees remain friendly (some consistently addressing me by name), and their service remains efficient. It’s a rarity to experience this at most stores on their good days…..

This is a pharmacy run by an automated telephone answering service. It's very difficult to speak to a person. In my experience I have been unable to receive good customer service from either the robots or people working for this CVS location.

Very hard to get a call through! Pharmacy gave me a price on a prescription, when I picked it up it was almost tripled.

Why is it that the CVS pharmacies that are open the longest also have the slowest, most inattentive service even when not busy? Open 24 hours and if you are not that squeaky wheel, it might just take that long for you to get in and out of the store even with no line ahead of you.

Literally zero stars if possible. Failing grade. The only positive for this store is the fact that they are open 24 hours which is unusual in this area. The self checkouts have been out of service for months. One, and sometimes possibly two cashiers results in a line that wraps down the aisles. The parking lot on the eastern side of the store has potholes galore, broken granite curbs, not a great driving experience I always make it a point to avoid this location when in the area. It would take so few changes to improve this store to something of much higher quality, but for some reason, it hasn't happened. There is a Walgreens right across the street except it isn't 24 hours. Perhaps that's why they just don't seem to care at CVS?

What a horrible experience Never again ever!!!Always a horrible experience everyone is super rude ! The only kind person there was the pharmacist! After spending several hours in the ER for my 4 year old child the lady at the pharmacy rolled her eyes when I came up to the counter! There were multiple people behind me and when I asked when it would be ready she said after 2pm when I got there way before the 1:30pm mark. Her and another associate going back and forth back and forth and it was awful ! Until the pharmacist jumped in. I just want my child to have her medication instead of it being an issue. I will no longer go to this cvs ! Transferring to a different one or a different pharmacy in general! Extremely disappointed
