Very helpful through the whole process! I don’t know much about print in general, and these guys helped me understand pieces I wouldn’t have otherwise thought of when it came to my project. Very unfortunately, I had the same terrible experience as the reviewer from last month. Perhaps Cricket Press used to be good but they have gone completely downhill. They literally forgot about my order despite my calling and emailing, it was passed from one person to another and left sitting on a desk. They were not apologetic for totally dropping the ball, offered nothing to remedy the situation in a timely manner and, quite frankly, were completely rude. It's a shame that shopping local is a waste of time. Get your printing done online if you want it done right... or done at all.

Perhaps the business is short staffed because my business cards were printed incorrectly. One side was up and down and then when flipped over you have to additionally make a 180 degree turn to have it right side up. I brought this to attention of 2 employees, even paid for the csrds since I really needed them for an event. A month or so later I brought it up again when i went to pick up another late arrived order. At that time I ordered new business cards and sent an email to a different employee and continue to wait for the cards many weeks later. A few other non responses as well through the few months that I worked wit them. Responses were good sometimes and non existent other times. I won't be working with them again.
