“I usually stop by here when I go to the stores nearby or the mechanic shop next door. I usually come in, grab some zyns and coffee, and never have an issue. I see that is not the case for others looking at the other reviews. Maybe I just get lucky everytime I come here.”

“Friendly workers and always helpful. Large and clean with well stocked shelves. Nice that open on most holidays too. Only downside is sometimes a wait with only 1 cashier working . Otherwise a great location.”

“I go to this place almost everyday, Michelle up front is extremely nice and friendly. Today 8/17/24 I went in and the card machine temporarily stopped working. The Karen’s in that line both male and female should be absolutely ashamed how they treated the 3 women up front. How they at their advanced age can treat other humans like that is beyond shocking. 10/10 to how those women handled themselves and fixed the problem being beyond friendly and apologetic the entire time. Walgreens should be proud to have them working there! And to you two old grouchy miserable losers, grow up if that is the worst thing to have happened in your day you need to start reassessing your priorities. I’ll be glad to come here every day for now on!”

The customer representatives are always looking out for my safety with prescriptions. The reps are very attentive to my needs. I am throughly satisfied.
P.s., when a rep has any doubts, the supervisors are right there to assist. The supervisors are front and center! They do not hide from customers. I wish this quality of service would be available at other service organizations.”
“I stopped in Walgreens for a consultation with the pharmacy regarding vaccines that they would recommend. I discussed it with Amy (pharmacy manager). Amy advised to have Flu and Covid vaccines. Amy then proceeded to inform me that she could administer the Flu shot right then but the Covid vaccine was not yet received in Walgreens. She informed me that they expected the Covid vaccine during first week of September and took my name and telephone number to call when it came in. Today, I received a call from Amy advising that vaccine was in and made appointment to have it administered. Not only did Amy demonstrate her knowledge of the vaccines but was quite professional in her follow through and administering both vaccines. My husband also had the same experience and we are now sold on using Walgreens due to our experience with Amy. In this time, it’s unusual to experience such personal care. Job well done Amy.”
“As an UPDATE: I am so glad this CVS has changed their team! It has become a much better group more interested in helping their customers. THANK YOU for everything! The closing of nearby CVS locations has caused a serious backlog resulting in long lines and sometimes no medications to fill orders on time. My main complaint is against the head pharmacist Olu Olugbile. He has proved unhelpful on several occasions and Ive witnessed his lack of correct information for other patients. But most importantly he lied about a detailed message from my therapist that he claimed he returned the call of but never did. I personally feel he should not be in charge of the pharmacy.”

“I can’t recommend this pharmacy enough—everyone has been beyond lovely and helpful on every occasion, including a nerve-wracking one where some medication was lost in the mail. Unlike other pharmacies I contacted, they calmly had the situation resolved within a few hours.”
