“I was very annoyed i had issues with getting a luxury car because of previous renter damaging it but was given a sporty and powerful charger for less that made up for it and was slightly charged for gas I wasn't supposed to but Danielle H saved the day and got me a refund swiftly and took care of me in every way and reassured me of my next rental and continuing to be a customer at this location thank you Danielle will be renting again soon”

My wife and I had numerous questions and called regularly to confirm what actions we needed to take and what was required. In each case, Karen was patient and reassuring. “Recently had a rental with enterprise at the Windsor location however upon arrival I was told there were no more cars available. As I stuck around to figure out other plans I witnessed other customers interact with the young man at the counter they were relentless. I want to give credit to the man because he really did his best. I felt so bad on how rude they were to him but he still managed to be respectful keep a smile on his face and help out all customers finding other alternatives. Was really impressed on how well he handled each situation. I will be returning to this location because the employees do care!!!”

“Winston and Jamal took good care of me!My lovely neighbor hit my parked trucked while backing out of her driveway and after going for insurance to cover the damages they gave me a rental referral at hertz while my truck was going to a shop for repair. The issue I had was more so with the insurance company (state farm) trying to play me. But Winston made my experience quick and easy and kept me informed. Jamal, who I think is in training, did a great job assisting Winston and me for fast pick up and drop off ! Would I ever rent a car through a referral from a car insurance agency, no. But if I ever had to rent a car for any other reasons I would see Winston and Jamal at hertz ! Thank you guys again for helping me out !”

“Onetta is an amazing associate. When we got to the place, Onetta was on her own, running the place flawlessly. It seemed chaotic. She was working by herself and had to clean the cars, attend to the people bringing cars back, while also helping the people pick up cars. Don't let the bad reviews fool you !! However I did hear that most of the reviews are about the owner which is unfortunate. However Onetta made our experience lovely , and I truly hope she gets the pay and praise she deserves !!!”

“I rented a car in this place then I remembered that my belongings were left in the center drawer of the car which I reported and the person who assists me tells me that they didn't find anything and that they are not going to lie, are they serious? So soon I will file charges since apparently they do not pay him enough that he has to keep items that do not belong to him, I do not recommend this place at all.”
