Car Craft did an excellent job with my vehicle. Their pricing was very competitive and the quality of the work was very good.The parts of my car that were damaged look as good as new. But I think what set them apart was how courteous John and the team were throughout the process It was obvious that they take customer service very seriously. Highly recommend!

It is one thing to receive stellar service, and get your car back looking good as new after a bad accident. It is another thing entirely to receive care, attention and grace from your mechanic. My car accident was a pretty scary experience. Navigating insurance and all the things that go along with it was another thing entirely. I was lucky to have John by my side during the entire process. I would highly recommend his services.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to have my car repaired here. I was stressed dealing with two claims and John and his team made the process so easy and were so helpful. They really went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more thankful. We will only use this business for all future repairs!

Car Craft repaired a dented side panel and bumper on my Nissan Leaf. John got me in right away and worked with my insurance company. All I paid was the deductible. My car looks brand new now! John was very courteous and easy to work with.

I have known the owner for years and he has helped a lot of my friends find good cars for a good price… even if it’s not from his lot. Amazing place and if they can’t do the job they will send you to someone who won’t rip you off!

You don't normally find a used car dealer/auto body shop that you are happy to do business with. I have very good experience with this shop, especially Al, when you need to get rid of your car. He will give you a fair price, no rip off.

I dealt with Al Cordiero and he was very nice and sweet with both of my purchases. He showed me how to care for the car and keep it in the best condition. I was treated like a friend while buying the cars and would definitely go back.

Car Craft was recommended to my by a close friend! My old, old, rust bucket finally died, & I was just about able to limp it home, into my driveway. I stopped by to see Al, the very next day. He had a nice '09 Camry that interested me. A buddy of mine that is a professional car mechanic came with me. We took the car for a ride, & Al gave us some time, so that my buddy could give the vehicle a detailed inspection. My pal gave me the thumbs up, after Al put the car up on his lift. I discovered how nice the car was underneath, [TOTALLY RUST-FREE]! I, then, made a deal with Al, & bought the car. The best thing about Al @ Car Craft is 1-STOP SHOPPING!! I picked up the vehicle the very next day!! Al took care of emissions for me, + registered the car. The very same day Al picked up my disabled, junk car, blocking my driveway @ my home with his flatbed, & towed it to the junkyard. On the 2nd day, when the car was registered & ready to go, Al picked me up @ my house, & gave me a ride to the dealership, so I could drive the car home. The price to take care of all these services was very reasonable! It would have cost me a lot more $$, if I had to take a few days off from work, to get all this done. ONE STOP SHOPPING is what it's all about for me. Aside from being a very nice person, Al is upfront & honest about all his cars, for sale. Al showed me the CARFAX, indicating that my car was never involved in a collision, & the oil/filter were religiously changed every 4,000 miles @ a Toyota dealership. Oh, forgot to mention. My car only came with one programmable key. Toyota dealers would have charged me $250- [for a new key & to program it]. Al provided me a spare programmed key @ no additional cost! Everyone knows you have to be careful, when dealing with Used Car Dealers. This one you can trust!!! Car Craft also has a 1st Rate Auto Body Shop, too. My car needed a new grille, some new pinstripe, & a few other things. The Auto Body Shop did a super job!!! In your search, for a quality used vehicle, I strongly recommend that you pass by Car Craft, & see what Al has available. Al gets in used cars, all the time. If he does not have what you want @ the time, (& you are not in a rush), he'll keep in touch with you, & let you know If he gets something that might interest you. Unfortunately, I can only give Al [5 STARS]. I'd give him MORE STARS, if it were possible!!!

I bought a car from Al who helped me pick out the perfect car. There were a few issues with the car which I knew but he volunteered to do everything prior to me completing the purchase. Something I didn’t expect as it was “as is”. He fixed the whole exhaust before he even had me look at the car and made sure that there was nothing wrong with it before he sold it to me! He is very honest, respectable and kind. He reassured me that if anything is wrong in the future I can bring it back to be fixed. I wouldn’t buy another car from any other dealership and would recommend Car Craft Auto!

I will never go anywhere else! Impeccable service and friendly faces throughout the whole experience. John is extremely knowledgeable, and has helped me with my car with short notice on numerous occasions. I have an older car, but I know it will keep running for many more years under his care.
