Poor customer service. I waited two months to receive an order and at in the end the order was never placed. I never received a call. Many excuses. I do not recommend this place.

Love this shop! Small town feel, but had EVERYTHING I needed for our kitchen renovation. When the big box stores were quoting 3 months... I got my stuff in three weeks!

Great selection of hardware. Not very large store but i prefer to not have too many choices. Only open M-F 8:30-4:30 during the summer. The prices are not on the boards so you have to look each one up. The staff was somewhat helpful. I thought for a store that specializes in cabinet hardware that they could give some advice on what is popular, what brands are more durable/long lasting, and what sizes are more modern vs traditional but the response I got was "I don't recommend" and asked if I had a designer. After that, he did help me to look up prices.
