This place is great! It was so nice to try out strollers and get to see the furniture in real life. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. We mostly worked with Joseph and he was great! I was also pleasantly surprised to see most of the items were slightly cheaper than Amazon.

Store does not exist anymore …. Drove 45 mins here because it said open untik 6pm… no products and the store is closed up for good. As of today store was closed and not open don’t waste your time driving out like I did

Was hesitant after reading all the negative reviews, but I’m so happy I went anyways. My husband and I are soon to be first time parents and are totally clueless about all things baby so we thought we should go in store instead of online. Do yourself a favor and ask for Cindy, she was so knowledgable and helpful and made all my anxiety disappear! I rarely write reviews, but Cindy def deserves a round of applause!

First time parent, ridiculously overwhelmed by the amount of stroller options, and reluctantly came here due to the reviews. But Cindy, Michael, Joseph, and Andrew were amazing. Whatever reviews were put in the past should stay there. These people are great and I think those negative reviews are just one offs. Cindy in particular was literally SWEATING moving strollers around for us. They were all so nice. Have to give these people 5 stars because they deserve it.

THIS PLACE STOLE OVER $200 FROM MY BABY! We are first time parents, received a $200 gift card to BuyBuyBaby at our baby shower. First time ordering from here, I got an error message to check my card number, yet immediately got a notification that my credit card was charged. No order confirmation was given, no email, nothing in the app. Tried chatting them multiple times, always with over 2 hours of waiting that turned into not contacting me until at least 4 hours later at 1:30-2:30 in the morning. Tried to order again and received message that gift card has insufficient funds - checked the balance and it went from $200 to $0. Called customer service, waited over an hour on hold for the girl to tell me there was no order history with my name, email, or phone number - obviously. The girl tells me there's nothing she can do and HANGS UP ON ME, sending me to a survey! I have called, emailed, chatted, and contacted via social media MULTIPLE TIMES only to be completely dodged, ignored, and left with this money STOLEN. I am completely disgusted by this establishment's behavior regarding this matter and still nobody has tried to reconcile the situation when all I want to do is place my order! NEVER BUYING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!!

I went there to return something bought off the registry. The guy at the cashier didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The person who bought my gift paid full price, yet, he gave me back the amount minus the 20 percent off. So why am I not getting the full amount back? Just because I use rewards doesn’t mean every person does. The store should find competent people to work. I would never shop in this store again.

After reading some of these reviews I got really nervous about coming here.However the staff there was amazing. Cindy Michael and Joseph (another female who's name I don't recall) are a few of the people that i recall that were super informative so friendly and just overall awesome.There were so many people in there asking for assistance but there are only a handful of workers so people had to wait their turn. People just need to learn how to be patient. I would recommend this store to any 1st time moms . we had so many questions about so many products and they helped us with everything that we had questions about.Great job team!

Talking on the phone and get one answer then the customer service is rude. Disappointing for all first time parents learning what’s best for your baby and them not letting you return items on a registryManager didn’t feel the need to come explain- sales associate was snappy and inconvenienced as we even walked up to the register

So as a first time mother, I did so much research to find a nice crib for my baby. I found the one I wanted which happened to be at buybuybaby & also sent me a 20% coupon for ANY one item. I was not helped at all so many associates just kept walking by me no one asked if I needed help nothing ! Finally a woman came up to me and asked if I had any questions and I asked my questions but for her to tell me in order for me to purchase a crib I needed an SUV. False! I put huge packages in my car all the time bcus my seats in the back go down. She was very condescending, unhelpful, and just down right rude! I will never return to this store ever again nor let any of my friends or family experience this either. The coupon also states 20% off ANY one item but won’t let you use on the crib that is false advertising. Wish I could rate them zero stars!

I had a great experience with this buybuy Baby. The staff were so helpful and easy to work with. I did curbside and they were so accommodating. I didn't know this kind of service was possible with big box stores. Thank you!

Buybuy Baby has been in our life since my pregnancy. I have to drive 40 min to get there. Some stuff I like to see before buying since baby gears are not cheap. Last Saturday for first time we wanted to use their coupon to get 20 percent off. Unfortunately our online order was cancelled by the time we were in the store for pickup. Luckily items were available in the store. We didn’t know why it was canceled. Staff who was assisting us instead of given us a discount decided to call costumer service, they even didn’t know why it was canceled. I asked her run my card again, which I am sure had money in and we been using same card all of our buybuy baby purchases. She made it so difficult!!! And asked us to call our BANK! Luckily manager was there and she said ‘ online order shouldn’t be that difficult’ and applied 20 percent off manually. Thanks to her for making right, but cashier certainly needs more training!

We were SO THANKFUL for Joseph at the West Hartford, CT store. He took the time to understand our styles and was able to sell us on an amazing nursery set! He helped show us how well built the furniture was and he walked us through all the pieces we needed. He made the process so smooth and easy. I was so relieved when we left the store and I cannot thank him enough for all of his help!We also got help from Andrew, who helped us with all of our GEAR questions. He helped us pick a stroller and car seat and showed us how everything worked. He also helped with everything from monitors to baby carriers and everything in between!Very pleased with all the help from the West Hartford, CT store!!

All of the associates here are great, but Joseph and Amy in particular are phenomenal. Joseph took the time to answer tons of questions and give recommendations on items my husband and I knew nothing about. He is incredibly knowledgeable!Amy fixed a problem with my "my funds" account in minutes that I had spent hours on the phone with their corporate customer service trying to solve.

Came in with an on going issue, they sold me Nuna seat with adopters that don’t work properly for uppa baby vista! When I came in to see if someone can help me with that I waited for 15 minutes asked girl in registry to call someone, she did twice. No one came out, mean while I came in with a new born and I live 30 minutes away! Quick thing that could have been solved in 5-7 minutes! It’s a baby store an assistant should always be available rush hour or not!!!
