Took my autistic son here for the first time. Was very disappointed. I let the workers know it was my son’s first time and if she could guide us through (they didn’t) She was more concerned about explaining pricing, than giving my son the “build a bear” experience. They told my son to grab a heart and put it in the bear and didn’t even do the heart ceremony. He didn’t rig the bell, nothing! We almost walked out without a certificate, u till we saw another family mention it. It might as well have been a Walmart with lack of service here. I mentioned my concern about the lack of enthusiasm and guidance; her response was “well if I see a kid is shy i usually don’t bother them” What a waist of money for an experience like this.

Customer service is great!!! Everyone is fantastic with the kids and patient!!!!!
Give those workers a raise! Cuz it was crazy when we went and they were still incredible

Walked into the store on a weekend, the employees did not care a damn. I went upto one of them and asked how does this work since it was my first time ever in their store, she was so disinterested, gave me two word answers… and went back to doing absolutely NOTHING ! It’s a toy store…. The very lease you could do is SMILE.

customer service is awesome, very pleasant. asked us if we wanted the stuffed cat to be redone since the face was weird rather than just giving it to us. they did great, deserve 5 stars

I brought my son here for his very first BAB experience and I’m a little disappointed with the employees on staff that day. I remember BAB being such a magical, fun place where the employees are supposed to walk you through the entire experience and help you pick clothes out…that did not happen. So we wandered around aimlessly. I also waited about 10 mins to even be acknowledged to start having our bear stuffed. My son still had fun so that’s all that counts, I suppose. Don’t come during weekday slow hours!

The workers look dazed and confused, the machine to make sound buttons was broken , it’s very disorganized and confusing which way you’re supped to go to get help making your bear. Also it came to over $100 for two stuffed animals. Unbelievable. Will not return
