Piperbrooks apartment well the maintenance they should improves better quality,for the rent they charge they should have a good team for snow removal.the plow. of the snow socks,the guy who do the parking leave you a lot of snow.They don't clean or put salt or nothing around your car it turn really slippery.I wish I ,could talk to the owner of this place

OMG.... forgot about this place. This was where I'd lived like 10, I don't know.... maybe like 15 years ago. It was a pretty good place to live back then, and I'm kind of surprised by the negative 1 star review. Maybe things have changed for the worse. However, during my tenancy here, everything was pretty good. The owners/management were pretty decent (just don't be late with your rent... Lol), and the grounds and premises were usually very clean. At that time, almost like 15 years ago, I think my rent was like around $700 - and that was for like a pretty decent sized one-bedroom. The neighborhood is definitely safe though... or at least it was back then. If this place is still in business then, yeah, I would probably recommend people renting from here.
