I have used Bouvier Insurance for over 10 years. Over my lifetime I have used a number of insurance agencies that were decent, but none of them can hold a candle to the level of customer service Bouvier has provided. Every representative I have ever dealt with at Bouvier has been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Without a doubt Bouvier provides the best customer service I have ever had when dealing with a business, especially the representative that I have worked with the last few years, Marie Semino. Thank you Bouvier and Marie, you are the absolute best at what you do.

A huge and heartfelt shout out to Bobbi-Jo and Tanya, our agents who helped us to navigate a recent insurance claim. They were very professional and friendly and helped us to stay on track and deal with multiple issues that arose. They always followed through and were “on it” and I didn’t have to wait long when they promised to do something. They both showed patience and really good senses of humor too…a huge asset in the world of customer service. 5 solid stars!

This is on behalf of my Mother In Law Frances Gionfrido. I work with Linda Jennings at Bouvier Insurance for my condominium association, she has provided us with outstanding service and has worked hard to kept our insurance premiums below our expectations. We are so grateful for her knowledge and expertise. In addition, I recently had a personal situation where a vehicle hit my parked car and Linda offered to help me report the loss to the other drivers insurance. I know this wasn’t something she had to do but wanted to do for me. I couldn’t be more grateful that she went above and beyond for me. Since I’m not a computer savvy person. I never could have done that on my own. Bouvier has an exceptional resource in her. Thank you Fran!!

There's no words to describe the customer service that mark spinato and bobbijoe give to their customers. When your insurance agent mark spinato is by his pool on a weekend and you call him ,he picks up the phone and leaves his house and comes to the accident that you called about ,or , picks up his phone when he is on a cruise with his wife,or returns every call and text ,or when you need something and bobijoe gets it done with lightning speed, I dont know how much better does it get then that. Most important though, they are great human beings and it shows when you need them.

I reached out to Matt St Thomas through a buddy of mine. Initially for a commercial policy but I let him quote me to bundle my home and auto. Got me 10x the coverage I had with USAA for $37 less a month. Got me a great commercial policy too. When my wife's car got totaled we had to file a third part claim with the other drivers insurance company. They were terrible so I called Matt, even though we weren't filing a claim with Bouvier. He held our hand through the whole process even though it had nothing to do with Bouvier. When we bought our new car he asked me to give the dealer his cell number and to have them just call him, on a Saturday, and he would handle the whole insurance binder process for us. Super easy! Top notch customer service and Matt is super knowledgeable and professional.

Dealing with insurance companies is a dreaded task and I often put it off. I was paying an exorbitant amount for flood insurance. My old elevation certificate had expired with a new flood insurance company. I had a new survey done and the insurance company KEPT asking for more details and documentation. If it wasn't for Juli DiCarlo at Bouvier Insurance Agency being on top of it and being the intermediary, I dont know if or when I would have finished the process. She went above and beyond in reminding me of what I needed to do. I ended up with an over 80% decrease in cost! Thank you Juli and Bouvier! I truly probably couldn't have done it without you!
