I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.

If I could rate 0 stars I would.. PATHETIC. I am a member of BJS, I go to BJS all the time in NYC & in Waterbury. First time coming to this one. As soon as I walk in , security attacked me AND I QUOTE " we need to see your Bjs card. A lot of people like to steal here " Lmfaooooo WOW. I simple walked out the store and decided to spend my money elsewhere. DISGUSTING & I am at a loss for words. Don't go here period.

Unfortunately, my review is based on a multiple bad experiences with one employee. I could list many reasons why this employee is a waste of space there. I found it very difficult to believe that the leadership team is unaware of how unprofessional, unethical, and most importantly uneducated he is. His name is Kendrick.

BJ's is a club warehouse. There are many things you can find here. A good variety of grocery items, larger items, like kitchen appliances and other gadgets. You can find seasonal items, like artificial Christmas trees and other decor during the Christmas season and outdoor lounge and beach chairs during the summer season. There's all kinds of odd things you may find here depending on when you go. However, I mostly go for gas. Gas is about 15 - 20 cents less expensive here then other gas stations. It's currently above the $4.40 mark. Depending on when you go, the line can move decently quickly. I like that the hose can reach either side of your vehicle. So you don't have to pick and chose the line. Since this is a club, you must be a member to shop here. Its $55 for the year, or $25 if it's your first time joining. How much you shop here, answerers the question is it worth the membership fee. Personally I share a membership with my family. I don't shop here often because most items are in bulk and I just don't need most things in bulk. It makes sense to split the big tub of grapes with another person, but sometimes that's just a hassle. BJ's offers a good variety of home and grocery goods, as well as some additional services. I got winter tires here for my previous car one year, and it was the best price I could find in the area. BJ's might be a good club to join depending on what your family's needs are.

I personally haven't had any issues at bjs. I like to shop for certain things by bulk, so bjs is the perfect place and close to home.

after 20 years my in laws give up membership. And asking to whole family to do the same.
No manager or supervisor tried helping .

it's clean and organized some of the staff members are nice and they have some good deals some of the staff members are rude and need a training on how to properly speak to their customers who aren't being rude or disrespectful as the rude and disrespectful staff members are

went to the Optical center and the staff was professional and helpful. looking at one other places for glasses then will message my decision. Quite possibly I may buy my glasses here in 2 weeks before my prescription expires
