Great service, friendly staff! Brought 2 pairs of pants in on a Saturday for hemming and was asked when I needed them by. They were for an upcoming business conference so I said Friday would be fine but Tuesday afternoon I received a text and email notifying me that my order was ready. I was thrilled knowing I still needed time to complete my wardrobe for this important trip. The craftsmanship was stellar and the whole experience easy and satisfying. Ironically, I am presenting at a sales conference and my topic is about creating the best experience we can for our prospects as that is what sets us apart from the competition (giving people more than they expect!). Many thanks to my local West Hartford Best Cleaners for the continuity of their customer service.
