This is a 5 star Branch.Mgr.Joliah Johnson is tremendous at her job.Her new Senior Banker Stephanie Duckworth is going to be a great addition to the team.I was pleasantly surprised today at how efficient and well run this Bishops corner Branch of Bank of America is operating even being understaffed.

First time visited this branch and our experiencing was not very welcoming.
The covering manager "T" had a very bossy attitude. Somebody needs to tell her that on your first day at a new branch - you study/learn the location's trends before making predictions/assumptions. And Bank of America should invest more in training and monitoring their higher management, a little politeness won't hurt.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Bank of America . They sent a random letter without any warning or explanation, they abruptly closed my bank account, leaving me in a state of financial uncertainty and frustration. Their lack of communication and transparency is utterly unacceptable. This irresponsible action has caused me significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I would strongly advise against entrusting your finances to a bank that demonstrates such disregard for its customers' well-being. Great staff. But the corporate snakes that sent me a letter stating “it’s a business decision” are pure ignorant. Hoping this corporate institution slowly fails to exist.

Not enough teller at the branch. And I went there for close box and they told me to come back again in afternoon. And I reason for that as I moved out from this area and it is one hour drive for me. Even then ask me again to come tomorrow. Really!!!! This is ridicules. I am planing to close my bank account and credit card as you won’t felt welcome.

The worst branch I’ve ever dealt with!1. It is impossible to get a call answered. I was calling for a couple of days trying to schedule an appointment for opening a checking account with no success.2. Announcing advertising. I was bummed with multiple calls from their investment department to discuss my investment plans even after saying them I wasn’t interested.3. Terrible cashier experience. I’ve spent like 20- 25 minutes waiting for them to finish bla-bla-bla with one of those annoying customers who just curious.

They still don’t have enough tellers. This is insane. And for the person who sends the corporate message to have us call or email at a specific number. I got stuff to do I ain’t wasting time. You can read this here. Tell corporate to hire more tellers.

Corporate needs to hire more staff. They close down the bank when nobody wants to work that’s ridiculous..

I opened an account (after 3 canceled appointments) on the fourth of January, and requested a debit card, to which the person helping confirmed they were sending one. It is now the 20th and I've had to return in store after two locations (this one included) to ask where my debit card is, only to be told nobody ever ordered one, and that I will be waiting another 4-5 business days for the card they've now* ordered to arrive. I have had zero access to my funds for the majority of the month and was met with very casual apologies about the inconvenience. Find a different banking company. This one doesn't seem like a safe choice for my funding.

The staff here helped me out with a situation with my account. They were very professional and came out solving the problem for me. Will definitely come here for any issues or help with my bank account.

This was a great branch long ago. Now, the only great part are the ATMs, both walk-up and drive-thru. And this has been the case before Covid took its toll on business functions. It's just a little worse now, that's all. For one, the staff changes so often that u can be a customer for 30 years and they'll treat u as if u dubiously stumbled inside for the first time. The teller requires several forms of ID, a confirmation code, and manager consent to do basic transactions while they both stare w/ a sullen look at the screen. Then there's a "relationship manager" who may or not remember your name or that you even have an account there. That's fun. The mobile banking app is solid though. And this branch inspired me to use that option more often, so I guess that's something good.

I like that there are two atm machines available. It is also central to many shopping options.
