Been a customer for 28 years and have never been pawned off so quickly. Understaffed, uncaring employees. For a multi-billion dollar bank you’d think they protect their clients and their businesses. They don’t care. They don’t even pretend to care. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone too. Unreal. Worst bank ever.

I went to the agency to open my company's account and I was very well attended by the Manager named Shelby who was amazing!! I Left the agency with everything resolved and working. Excellent

I have been with Bank of American for decades. This branch is the WORST to deal with. For a truly awful experience ask for An Vo.

I have done business with this bank for years and find their customer service to be excellent, their staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and focused on assisting me. I'm not a business client but have been there often enough that the regular staff knows me by sight and respond with friendly gestures

Handicap spots are in back. Ramp from those is a bit away (down to near road). Then when you get in there are no elevators from that floor. So you have to go all the way around to the front,pass the entrance to an inconveniently located ramp.Also, the notary seemed very inexperienced.

They opened my wife’s account wrong name and when we came back to fix it manager DEE was very unfriendly and unprofessional..we will never come back here again..

Bank of America is a disappointment. I need one min to sort my accounts out and they made me wait in the line again. So unreasonable since I already waited my time in line and had no regards for my time while I had a meeting ahead. Have more than one teller instead of laying it on your clients.

Had an amazing experience with Kianna Davis this past week. One of my bank accounts had fraudulent activity. Kianna was willing to get on the phone with the fraud alert department on my behalf. While she was on hold, she set up a new checking account. She was professional and very pleasant to deal with. Thanks again Kianna.

What We’re here at Bank of America in West Hartford Center right there is a line of 10 people it is from we’ve been in line from 145 it is now 2 o’clock the line isn’t moving what’s happening to the customer service at Bank of America

This is one of the worst Ban of America branches I have ever visited. Extremely unfriendly staff and customer service is not available over call. Please bank online or find another branch.

In general I had been satisfied with Bank of America, but recently they have been sacrificing service in order to run their branches with less personnel. Even when you make an appointment, the wait is ridiculous and agents juggle clients. I do not recommend this branch; however my experience in other branches have been the same. Conclusion- stick to online banking or fond a new bank.
