Very unreliable I ordered a part it’s been supposed to be the when I kept calling nobody wants to give me a answer and dude George that work as a shift manager was very rude on the phone and also hung up on me , still today no one knows where my part is and I can’t get a refund they said until the part get here dats very peculiar

Located across from Home Depot and Big y on New Park Avenue. It was convenient for me they had the parts I needed, was curtious and asked it I needed other items to complete the task .

Awesome customer service! Thank you guys!!Went in to buy new blades because the ones on the car weren’t working right. He came out with me to check them for me and fixed them right then and there. I didnt need to wipers!

Poor customer service on behalf of Ms. Hall & Bianca the manager who took part in ignoring my multiple attempts at getting information on parts purchased through AutoZone. As I called while entering the store Ms. Bianca glanced at the phone & walked alway as if we’d been into some personal feud. Poor communication/ poor service. The same request I’d made that seemed to be to much the location around corner fullfilled without issue.

Attentive counter staff, fair prices, easy in and out. They almost always have the part I need. It might be cheaper to buy parts online but immediate availability and easy returns make them hard to beat. I like the lifetime warranty brake pads.

Called this store, and they refused to confirm if they had a part in stock. Considering I had already been to another location that their inventory system said had the part, only to find out they did NOT after driving all the way there, I was particularly peeved at this store manager for refusing to check so I wouldn't waste another trip.

I needed parts for my old Chevrolet truck to fix the air conditioning and this place had the parts.What they don’t seem to have, is friendly people who work here. Quite the contrary. They seem to be not only unfriendly, but downright miserable. No friendly greeting and employees not smiling. Just the feeling of loathing and misery. It is my opinion that if someone is unhappy with their job, they should get a new one.As an employer, AutoZone should look at the situation and decide if the problem is with their employees or does it go deeper and the company itself is to blame. Perhaps it is a mixture of the two. Low pay would certainly put some blame on the company.I go to other locations and the atmosphere is markedly better. Unless I’m in a real jam, I can’t see myself going back here in the future.On a positive note, the parts were good, and they worked well.They also have no discounts here, unless you’re a military veteran, which I am not.They don’t even offer a AAA discount, which many other businesses do.

I was struggling early on this morning with a slow leak in one of my tires. I went to the local AutoZone on New Park Ave in West Hartford and was met with a polite gentleman, Jorge. He gave me suggestions on where I could go for help on putting my donut on my car, but ended up coming out as I was about to leave and offered to take care of it for me. Such a nice gesture from such a nice guy. Thank you, Jorge.
