Don't wast your time trying to call because u will be on hold for 30 min plus and then when u hang up and call back u will be on hold again for 30 min. Right now I am on my 3rd time around and I am at 17:07 as I write this and all I am doing is checking to see if the part I order from Southington is in west Hartford because it was ordered over a week ago and Southington told me I should call west Hartford to check and see if it is just sitting there for some reason

I would give this store no stars if I could. Have always had issues here. As an Autozone Commericial Account owner I wish the gentleman who was working today was appreciate of my business. His employee gave me the wrong battery and then gave a BS excuse about why he couldn't exchange it for the correct one. Called customer service who told me his battery rule was BS so went to a different store who confirmed it too and exchanged the batter for me no problem. To the guy at commercial counter you better check all your batteries I'm sure many are missing the tops covering the posts. If I was one of his buddies he would have done it for me though

I came to autozone thinking I only needed wipers I was greeted as I entered and received assistance immediately. A young lady named Bianca worked on the wipers and suggested a diagnostic test. The test revealed that I was in need of coils and spark plugs. She was very informative and later I was surprised to hear that she was the lead manager. Not often do you find managers who are hands on. I am grateful for the dedicated service and have already recommended her service to the nursing staff where I work

I was treated very poorly here. The store manager Bianca has refused to honor my warranty on a battery I purchased. Even though I've made attempts to communicate with her, she refuses to reciprocate that communication in a respectful manor. She's very dismissive of my needs as a customer and would constantly put her personal feelings into what should be a simple business matter. Perhaps my greatest disappointment is that although I remained calm and respectful though this mistreatment, she still raised her voice with me and called the police just before saying to me "I'm leaving, and nobody here has permission to do nothing without my permission". I then said to her, "In other words you're not playing fair" when Bianca then strongly affirmed "YES, EXACTY". After I left the store I tried to take my business elsewhere only to find that the nearest store was also alerted not to assist me. I cannot believe that as a customer with an extensive history with this business, I was treated in such a manner. I've never in my life imagined being threatened with the police by a store manager at a retail store and I can't imagine that this is part of her trainings. Something has to be done and she cannot be allowed to continue with this kind of behavior, especially because I was a loyal customer before she was the store manager but I'm afraid that I cannot say the same confidently as long a she is still allowed to mistreat me at her leisure.
