“I was very skeptical of where to take my Audi to be serviced because I've heard horror stories about how expensive it can be to maintain these types of cars after owning Subaru/Honda. I also didn't want just anyone working on my Audi, as I realize the components aren't as simple as my former vehicles. After shopping around I found Ziggy who is an expert in this field and gives you complete comfort/satisfaction knowing your car is in good hands and he is not trying to "see what you are worth" by tacking on excessive orders. He was able to check out my vehicle tell.me what was good, what was bad, what could use Improvement, what I could wait on and at a very reasonable price. I will be sure to be using this location as my official Mechanic for all future auto maintenance/repairs. He changed out a bunch of things that were old/original and I left with my car sounding and feeling as smooth as I took her off the lot! Thanks Ziggy!”

“This place is awesome! I heard about it and went I to see if I could find paint that matched my car. Lynn who works there was awesome and do friendly, helpful and most of all....knowledgeable. She told me exactly what I needed to do tho fix my bumper on my Subaru. I knocked a large piece of granite over and had quite a dent. The man there ( I'm sorry I forgot your name) was so nice - he helped me match the paint on my car & then prepared a perfect match for me. Lynn showed me what to use and how to do it! Honestly, this place is a hidden gem.”

“I’ve been needing to get an A/C line replaced. I had planned on doing it myself, but ended up having Chris and his team work on it. Chris was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, and got the work done on the same day I brought it in. I chose Boticello’s because I drive by it daily and have always noted the regular flow of vehicles in and out of the shop. He was up front on pricing and kept me informed along the way. I generally prefer to turn my own wrenches, but when something comes up that I need a pro, I know where to go.”

They tell you what's the problem,how long will take to fix it and how much will cost you.I had problems with my DEF system,bunch of codes shows up on my dash,truck start loosing power. I called Kip(owner),soon I arrived on their lot my truck had their attention.They found the issue, order parts and I was on my way out in couple of hours instead waiting for hours in lane to get into TA shop or even worse.....freightliner dealer.”

“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”

“I had to get my windshield replaced. Stone crack from the winter roads. Called up and talked to Peter Steben and he took the information and ordered the windshield. Set up an appointment
for installation also.
Brought in the car and the job was done on time. Excellent installation. Nice clean job. He handled everything with the insurance co.
