My wife and I went to the AT&T store at north Main Street west Hartford to resolve some issues with our telephones. We were met by store rep Eric Williams. His knowledge and great customer service was able to resolved our issues. Great job and AT&T should hire more customer service like him!

Nice store and friendly service but we got signed up for two upgrades that we specifically asked to not be signed up for. I have filed a complaint with AT&T and the Better Business Bureau. It is unfortunate that some sales people are not transparent with how they conduct business.

My family and I had two encounters with the same employee Eric at the location in West Hartford , he was knowledgeable and friendly throughout each visit . He was attentive and professional, definitely would go back in the future if we ever need assistance.

Eric was very helpful and friendly !My dad and I came into the store looking to replace my broken phone. Eric was forward and had a great attitude from the beginning !My lock button was broken on my phone, but Eric was able to turn it on long enough to complete my phone transfer !The process took a couple of hours because my dad was also upgrading his phone. However Eric remained patient, cool and overall delivered incredible customer service and conversation !I'll definitely be back to this store for any of my phone purchasing needs !

I went into the store to ask a few questions and possibly purchase some things. As I walked in, the staff was busy on their phones. One girl was actually in the corner back in the store talking on her phone. I can see you. No nice greeting at all. They staff are more concerned about what on their phone than to greet and help customers.When asked to speak with a manager, Joey ran to the back room. The moment their pizza was delivered, another person got up and went into the back. So I think that customers do come first instead of having them just standing there. Also when customers come in, the staff should be off their phones. Not just ignoring the customers.The store location seems to be going through many different management. How about keeping friendly staff in to the store for awhile.

I came in to upgrade my phone and the representative convinced me to trade in my current phone after I told him I wasn’t interested. After trade in, I was not given the amount quoted. The representative mislead me about the trade in amount to get me to trade in my phone. Empty promises says enough.

what’s the point of being a corporate store if you aren’t willing to help customers. shoulder shrugs to every question but no answers. what type of professionalism is this?! waste of time.

Terrible. Went in to upgrade my phone and it was a bait and switch. My bill went up almost $100 a month and it was supposed to remain. The same. They saw a vulnerable mom and took advantage!

I have visited this store a few years ago and never had the experience I had Monday morning! It was awful and I am still shooken up and hesitated to even write this review. I woke up to a dead cell phone, before my daughter went to school, I used her phone to find out how I can fix my powered off new IPhone 13. As soon as the store opened at 10 am, I was the first customer. I was greeted by a male associate name begins with a J and must I say again, it was a horrible interaction! He treated me as if I broke my phone on purpose and lacked totally empathy, I was appalled! I asked for the manager (Erica) and he pointed her out and she was very helpful. When I was explaining what happened, I thought He was going to fight me! Even his manager had to scream at him to go in the back after he refused to do so several times, the cameras don’t lie! It turned out that what I needed to do was go to the Apple Store first to see what they could do and yes they fixed my phone thankfully. I have never wrote a review in all of my life. I hope I never have to visit that store again! It saddens me to be a loyal customer for years and have to be subjected to such aggressive, disrespectful behavior , and the list can go on. I hope he takes some anger management and customer service classes as soon as possible. Be aware!

When I arrived at this store, the only attendees were two younger people (likely 18 year olds). Both were on their phones watching TikTok videos, hardly attentive to my issue of having a broken phone I needed replaced. One told me I had to call (without a phone) and then kinda gave me the SOL "They're gonna be closed for the weekend and its Thursday evening" and went back to looking at her phone.I convinced her to just give me a new phone, and she gave me a Samsung Galaxy A25, she said was better then the previous phone I had, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. She was wrong, this phone is worse, and the CPU speed is much slower. It regularly takes multiple clicks to do something, applications and windows populate slowly.Its an ok store, next time I'll go somewhere not staffed with kids, and who care about their jobs.

I seldom write reviews but I must say that I truly could not have asked for better service! I had come directly from a long and difficult shift at the hospital, exhausted (unshowered, even - so sorry!!), and needing to head out for my next overnight shift. Sophie and Manager Justin were absolutely kind, professional, patient and understanding! They addressed my urgent telecommunication issue by going above and beyond and by providing service that was incomparable. AT&T - promote these two employees and/or give them a raise and you will have me as a customer for life!

The moment I walked in I was greeted by a rep named Wave. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions with care, concern, and patience. He was very knowledgeable about each of the products I was interested in, and had great recommendations for me! I happened to forget an item I purchased: my AirPods Pro. Store manager Erica was kind enough to do the due diligence to make sure I got my product in no time at all. AT&T has always been my preferred cell phone service and this experience further proves why you guys are the best! Thank you Wave, Erica, and AT&T for always having my back!! P.S. this was the store in Bishops Corner, West Hartford, CT.
