Frauds. Plain and simple. We ordered a kitchen table with 6 chairs in February and were told about 6 weeks for delivery. Initially were told end of March to mid April we should get it. Then we were told end of April and were told they were only waiting for 2 chairs and everything else is in store. So we asked for them to deliver everything and to let us know when the 2 chairs arrive and we will come pick the chairs up separately as we needed the table ASAP. They said they would call us back to schedule delivery then a week later we call again since they never called us and they tell us nothing is in store yet and we would have to wait until end of April possibly end of May... we asked for our money back but they said they would dock 30% for restock fee... what restock fee if it's not stocked up yet..? Honestly I had my doubts from the beginning with this place but figured Ashley's is a big name company so we thought it would be okay but never again!! Stay away from this store and Ashley's!

This store sucks!!! Order my living room set in November,was told all the pieces should be in by January 12th .Now they are telling me the date Changed and I have a new ETA some time in March,I am so upset right now!! Don't waste your money,because they are only nice to you until you sign that paper.Now my family will be disappointed when I tell them we will be sitting on the floor for awhile.I hope you guys go out of business soon because you have very bad reviews everywhere.

Received great customer service! We didn’t find what we were looking for here, but our salesman gave us a recommendation to go to a different store where we found exactly what we were looking for.

I have been calling routinely on a very delayed order. Last weeks call was to confirm my order was arriving for pick up the last weekend of February and that I would be Called for the pick up. It didn't happen so I Called again today to inquire about order and pick it up. Informed it didn't get put on Thursdays truck from warehouse so I have wait again! No offer to have it brought sooner. I'm done with Ashley same awful customer service for an order shipped in florida recently placed as well.

These people ripped me off, when I came back to the store asking for itemization and explanation of my charges, I was given charges that did not add up to my receipt amount. I Will go down to the store tomorrow and cancel as I will not do business with no transparency. Not impressed. To everyone if you go make sure you check your prices online vs their store to ensure you won’t get ripped off. What a shame and bad reputation to start off your new business like this.

If buying something from Ashley furniture, you better 100% make sure you love what you are buying at the time of sale. They will charge anywhere from 15-30% restocking fee should you want to return something, as well as a second delivery fee of $150-200. And worst of all, when they tell you that it will be in stock and available most likely in 8-12 days, what they really mean is 2 months minimum. Again - if buying something here, make SURE you are 100% confident in that item you are buying. Otherwise, be ready to be frustrated and not expect their manager to call back after many, many calls to the store and being told they will call you back when available.

We received excellent customer service from Clint and Abraham. Our living room set was delayed due to the pandemic and Clint was very helpful in meeting our needs. Clint has a lot of knowledge of the items. As soon as I told him my intentions for our living room, he pointed me to a set that was available for delivery and it was perfect for what I was looking for. Abraham was great as well, showing us options and answering all of our questions. They were not pushy at all. We are very happy with the service. I highly recommend this location.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! POOR QUALITY FURNITURE & VERY LONG DELIVERY TIME!!! I visited the west Hartford, CT Ashley furniture location in march 2021. I purchased a bed, mattress and sectional sofa. After paying for my furniture I was told delivery would take 8-16wks. A few days later I decided i did not want to wait that long and called to cancel the order. I was also told if i cancelled my order, i would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. My order was just under $3000 and my refund would only be $2,250......But why do i have to pay a restocking fee for furniture that hasn't even been manufactured yet? I did cancel the order and did not receive delivery of the bed and mattress til the end of July. (18wks after ordering) During the delivery, while the employees were building the bed, the materials were so cheap and poorly made that the wood split and broke, they were unable to finish the build. I spoke to a manager who explained they could reorder me the same bed, but I would have to wait yet another 8-16wks for another delivery. After explaining that the product was such poor quality i would rather have a refund and find something of better quality, I was told again there would be a 25% restocking fee. How are you restocking a BROKEN bed frame? After having to speak to several managers i was able to get a full refund. It is now September and i have still not received delivery of the sectional couch, It has been 21wks after ordering and I still do not have a couch.....but they still have my money!

My wife and I experience at Ashley's Furniture wasn't good at all, When they delivered our bed, they put it together with No Mattress, We went there and got our money back, Ashley's Are BEAT MASTERS!..

This store bought out Puritan furniture. So it's just starting out from what I saw is pretty on point they are still filling up spaces there and it looks to be in good progress. Everyone was so professional and helpful and with any information that you asked questions to they had answers go check it out.

A great experience. Professionally lead, solid performers. Polite, courteous, and charismatic. This crew could sell furniture to a competitor without breaking a sweat.
