Won't go anywhere else but here! The staff and management are so knowledgeable and really take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. You can tell they are super passionate about what they do, and dedicate that time to making sure the customer has a great experience. The customer service alone makes it worth going here. I was visiting my family from out of state & stopped by this local shop to grab a few things on my way back home. The ENTIRE staff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about all their products. Their shop is super cute & very well organized! I will def recommend friends & family to stop here.

They are very welcoming and knowledgeable, they helped me transition from smoking cigarettes. They have reasonable prices and also have rewards, I have gotten so many juices with the rewards. If they don’t have it in stock they will call another store and/or have it in store within 1 week.

Always great service from artisan in west Hartford. Staff is knowledgeable and the atmosphere is chill. Tester stands make it easy to know what disposable flavor I’ll like. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m often very intimidated when going into vape shop but not here! The staff is kind patient and takes time to explain each product. I said I wanted a “body high” and they knew just what to give me live rosin northern lights A+++

I stopped in yesterday during my lunch break to get a vape. The first vape was defective, & they gave me a new one. The new one worked while in the store, but as soon as I got in my car I went to pull the vape again, it did the same thing the first did. Not even 5 minutes I left the store, I literally called back explaining what happened. Told them that I had to go back to work because I was on my break, & if I can come back when I get off of work to get a replacement. The manager says that they cannot give me a new one being that I left the store, but offers a 15% off discount for the next vape I buy. So even if I just literally left the store…. After being sold a defective vape for $23. You want me to buy yet another one???? With 15% off? Such a money grab! I can understand if I came back days later. But I literally just left the store 5 mins ago! I won’t be returning here!

Great shop. Staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. One of the few places I’ll go to shop and stay for a bit and chat. Prices on liquid are a little more expensive, but it’s worth the extra $2 for the knowledge and service. Price of everything else is cheaper than what I’ve seen around. Shantels the girl to call if you need to stock up on stuff, always willing to bring in what I’m lookin for.

Always great service from artisan on Lasalle! Decent prices and the staff is knowledgeable. Chantel is always willing to find answers to questions she doesn’t know and bring in product I’m looking for. Other staff nick and bre are always welcoming and helpful. They won’t disappoint!
