One word. JESSIE!!! She’s awesome. My hair was SEVERELY over processed at a previous salon. Not once. But twice! I was about to cut my hair all off and never have anyone touch it again. I’ve been working with Jessie for about a month now. I have followed her instructions down to each last T being crossed and I being dotted! By following her instructions and getting myself the proper products. My hair is fabulous. It hasn’t been breaking. It feels and looks soft and silky. It feels strong!!! I will post pictures once she has worked her color magic on me! Very very excited indeed. Jessie gets all of the stars!!!!

I moved here one month ago. I read reviews on the West Hartford salons and Jessie and Anthony Nicole stood out above all the rest. I was impressed not only with the comments about her professionalism and skill, but just as impressed with the comments about Jessie being an exceptional human being too. I knew I needed a change and gave Jessie permission to do whatever she thought was best for me. I've never walked out of any salon feeling better than I did when Jessie did my hair. The color is perfect, and my husband said I looked like the girl he married 30 years ago. Everyone else in my life has complimented the look Jessie gave me. She has a genuine knack for knowing what to do for a client when they themselves can't verbalize what they want. I wanted to feel like I had a makeover and Jessie did not disappoint! I was left speechless today by the one and only, Jessie. Her overall masterpiece that she performed on my hair, was out of this world. I never knew that I would find a person that truly understood, to the T, what I wanted to do with my hair. I constantly get complements, about my hair and that has never happened after I left other salons. The amount of love and care she put into my hair no one has shown to me before. I can’t say enough good things about Jessie! She listened to exactly what I was looking for and made it even better. She came up with a personalized plan for lightening based on my inspiration photos & hair history. She gave me recommendations to keep my hair healthy in between visits. Absolutely amazing! My balyage came out so beautiful. I've never come out of a salon feeling so satisfied. Jessie is so talented at what she does. So friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to hair. I have dark brown hair and didn't think blonde would look this good in my hair.
