Found this little place on a Sunday afternoon looking for ice cream and I’m glad I did! Ice cream rolls are handmade and amazing. The bubble tea is mediocre. Cute place, great staff, very friendly owner and awesome ice cream.

0 Degree West Hartford is finally re-opened at its new location on 276 Park Road after a 2.5 year delay, largely due to Covid circumstances. It reopened on 14 Jan 2022 with a new look, but still serving the best and freshest Thai rolled ice cream in the neighbourhood!
