We drove over an hour to talk to someone about their services as I prefer to talk to someone and be able to come to ask questions, instead of offering to help me they told me I needed to go online and see what they had.

Extremely rude teller, I will never come back to this branch. I went to the Wallingford branch and they handled my transaction quickly and with kindness. Never again for this branch.
